The common areas outside the room was not very inviting. Clean, but just dull. A complete contrast to the room. Not a big issue, since you are only in the area for a few seconds as you walk from elevator to room.

Very nice suite. It's a wedge shape, since the building is circular. Very nice floor to ceiling windows - that open! I am a big fan of fresh air and welcomed being able to open the windows slightly. Nicely equipped kitchen. Including milk for tea/coffee, a kettle (so you can get hot water that does not taste like coffee) and some fresh fruit for putting through the included juicer. Galley kitchen was small, but adequate to prepare a meal. I shopped at the M&S and Tesco just down the road for my breakfast and a dinner. Very convenient. And the chocolate caramel brownie I picked up at Selfridges next door to the hotel was really delicious!

Nearly got turned away because I didn’t have photo ID they asked if I had a passport the answer was no as I don’t need one to travel to Birmingham from Sheffield.

Rooms were fantastic, view is amazing. Staff super helpful, they had one of our groups apartments ready when we arrived very early so we could drop our bags and freshen up after travel. Great location for the train station.

Clearer directions to the entrance as it’s not glaringly obvious just from the address.

Front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Views are great and the rooms are massive and very well appointed. Central location walking distance from transport, shopping and restaurants.

Not getting help when needed and keys stuck in the door

I cannot read so I couldn't watch TV because I didn't no how to set it up and the member of staff at night couldn't leave the front desk as they were the only one there so I had no tv to watch which is a shame

There was a smell of stale smoke at both reception and in our 16th floor apartment. For the price the apartment was looking a bit run down. Stain on carpet, flaking paint in places.

The location is amazing, the view from the huge windows fantastic and such light filled apartments. El&n which has just opened downstairs was a fab option for breakfast.

Was a little confused the shower gel was also the hand wash and we did run out of hot water which I didn't think was possible so don't shower 1 after the other, I had to finish mine in cold water. Also, the basket in the shower doesn't hold the shampoo/conditioner very well so be careful! Finally, the water from the shower goes everywhere! So don't enter here with socks if someone else just had a shower.

Great location, very central. Rooms were small, but cute and clean, had mostly what you needed. The view was great, especially at night time, we were on the 18th floor so couldn't hear much noise either. Would most likely go back to here due to friendly staff and great location.
