We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The apartment is cozy, quiet & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Lots of attention to detail in the apartment & shared kitchen.

United KingdomWe had a wonderful stay although the following need to be added. Baby changing downstairs Light above mirror in bedrooms and direct phone line to reception. Our family meal was rushed and not given time to digest starter before main meal came out. We had to request additional time to digest main meal. Meal was good. Although pork crackling was way too soft and lamb very fatty.
Breakfast was good. All staff and cleanliness are excellent. Building is decorated and interior is wonderful.

United KingdomThe only wee niggle was that the heating in the bedroom and bathroom were not working. It was quite cold!
We booked The Barns as an overnight stop on our way back home from a holiday in Somerset, it was clean and comfy. The staff we came across were all really friendly and welcoming. The food was very good and the breakfasts were plentiful, I think I had a side of salmon with my eggs!

the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Close to Cannock town. The room was big and spotlessly clean. The shower was gorgeous and lovely big fluffy white towels. Breakfas was yummy! Car park was free and felt safe.

United KingdomReception staff were absolutely miserable. We arrived 13th April in the evening and the woman could not for the life of her crack a smile, she didn’t even greet us it was like pulling blood from a stone. The lady the next morning was a bit nicer at least.
Property was beautiful, lovely location. Room was comfy especially the bed and the bath was really nice!

We often stay at The Barns. It is essentially a pub with an hotel added on. The rooms are always very clean and the bed very comfortable. I hope they have some more salads on the menu when we come in the summer.
