We had 3 rooms and each one had a lighting problem, from an entrance light and large table lamp not working and a missing standing lamp. The bathrooms could do with a grab handle on the wall for those who are less nimble getting in and out of the bath.

Beautiful place to stay and the staff were excellent and very accommodating. Food was beautiful and made to order, nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely lovely hotel we used just for stopping from work Rooms are spotless and extras you get compared to other hotels was brilliant Bonus if your a smoker open your door to the balcony and lovely view Food was exceptional And all for a great price Highly recommended

Nothing - every thing was to our liking

The facilities were very good. The deluxe room was excellent, nice size room with a good size bathroom. There was a DAB radio by the bed which was a bonus as my husband listen to it every night. The dining and breakfast facilities and food was excellent. The Hotel was situated in a nice area and was central to visit other places we wanted to see.

We did feel that although the rooms were very comfortable & nicely laid out etc perhaps it was time for a coat of paint on the walls as we saw lots of scuff marks & also housekeeping need to check all lamps have working light bulbs before they sign off on a room cleaned & ready for guests.

Very nice rooms set around a courtyard where you can sit in the sun! The rooms were nicely designed and well equipped with free bottled water & a non alcoholic beer!! very progressive!! We would be more than happy to stay here next time we come to the area to see our friends 💐

Great location and ideal for access to airport, and great value for money. Room was comfortable and quiet and had fresh coffee and a French press. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and check in was easy and fast. The breakfast was amazing and it was handy having the restaurant on site for an evening meal.

The decor in a room needed a bit of work but that’s the only thing I can say.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was great. The rooms were clean, tidy and the welcome pack had plenty of info in it. The location was ideal for the airport. Plenty of parking.

Twin room was just what we needed. Very well furnished and clean throughout. Really appreciated the small coffee press, two types of coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. Food in the restaurant in the evening was great as was breakfast before checking out. Made to feel very welcome by all of the staff.

Shower in my room wasn’t particularly powerful, but still managed to have a perfectly nice shower.

Great location with a car park. Staff super friendly and check in really straight forward. We were leaving early the next morning so were offered takeaway breakfasts which were great. Evening meal was Scrummy, definitely recommend to eat here. This was my third stay here. I’m sure I’ll be returning soon.
