Nothing not to dislike, but just a note: if you'd like to charge your phone whilst using it in bed, you may need an extra long charge cable as the bed (4 poster) was so high mine didn't reach 😆.

I was given a room upgrade, which was a lovely suprise. The owner and his wife were both very welcoming. The room was a nice size and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too.

Lovely full breakfast, welcoming owners and the location is just by the Five Arches so there's a long stay car park you can pay for 24 hours at a time just 100m away and you're super close to town. Comfy beds, windows open so you can get a breeze. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel right on the seafront, the staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.. It was my first time travelling solo with my small dog and i was given a room on the top floor with stunning views out to sea and It was so quiet and peaceful and I will definitely be returning again.. I also felt very safe and secure there being on my own..

No complaints at all as couldn't fault the stay, but would have liked the option of scrambled egg with the breakfast rather than fried or poached, however the poached was perfect and the waitress couldn't apologise enough bless her.

Excellent value for money. Breakfast was delicious. As an employee of Brecon Carreg, extremely impressed to see a complimentary bottle in the room. . The owner took his time at breakfast to come round asking if everything was/had been OK which was such a lovely touch and going over and above! Location was fab, parking only 2 minutes away too. 100% will stay again.

We had an absolutely great stay at the esplanade guest accommodation. The owners and the staff are very helpful and friendly and extremely nice. On arrival my room was very cold. The radiator did not work. There was a plug in heater but it was small. I did let the hosts know and they were able to sort it out towards the end of my stay. Rooms have thin walls so I could hear the neighbours taking a shower.

The breakfast was fantastic. You had a choice of continental, cooked or the whole lot! Very filling and kept me going all day. Not only that, you ate your food in front of a beautifully hot and roaring fire. The hosts are lovely people.
