The location is a bit South but walkable from the activities we planned in Belfast.

The staff is what will bring me back. In particular, John was over the top. He was the star of our stay, thanks again for a wonderful stay it felt like home away from home.

The whole family agreed 5 Star service with a Belfast welcome! Absolutely stunning apartment - home from home but the people made it for us. On hand to take care of our every need but also amazingly pre-empting things that would make our stay even more amazing than we could imagine. We felt our stay was curated to totally take care of our personal preferences and built around our planned activities. Thank you to Chris and Katie and the team for everything and also to the personal driving services of Syd and Robert.

The attention to detail is amazing from the lightening to the fantastic smells flowing through the lobby - if you are looking for a chilled and luxurious environment then I would highly recommend the Regency suites. The team of staff on site are amazing which helped us relax and enjoy our stay.

Beautifully designed rooms and bathrooms with everything you could want for a longer stay. The kitchen area is very well equipped. The welcome cheese, chocolates and wine is very generous as well as the invitation for evening drinks. Breakfast is generous, fresh and flexible as you arrange your own time. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

We loved everything about the Regency!

The Regency was recommended to me by a friend, we stay in Belfast alot and would usually stay at the Merchant. The Regency is extremely luxurious and stunningly decorated, I would recommend anyone looking for luxury accommodation, top class service (much better than the merchant) brilliant location and stunning apartments, to book the Regency. We will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks for having us, really looking forward to our next stay.

The Penthouse residence was absolutely beautiful. Being welcomed by a roaring fire and tasteful Christmas decorations was wonderful - the beer, wine and snacks went down a treat too. We were two couples and the duplex layout gave everyone some privacy whilst also providing a lovely area to socialise together.

There was no free parking linked to the apartment which meant that we had to get up at 8:00am on Saturday morning to pay the parking meter.

The apartment was fantastic. It was decorated for Christmas and it was just beautiful. The breakfast was great and the staff for very helpful.

The only downside is that we didn’t book in for longer!

My partner and I stayed at The Regency for one night in ‘The Garden Suite’. Everything about The Regency is a cut above anywhere else I’ve had the pleasure of staying, from the friendly staff to the fabulously decorated interior. We availed of the wonderful kitchen facilities to dine-in and made use of the luxurious bath and bathrobes for a relaxing, spa-like evening. Our bedroom had French doors opening up into a gorgeous private courtyard area, where we enjoyed our evening drinks. The location of The Regency is great! A wide array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are just minutes away on foot, yet the building is tucked away on a beautiful and peaceful crescent, overlooking a gorgeous park.

Our door code didn't work on one occasion, but a member of staff was on hand and sorted this within a few minutes! I believe this was due to a scheduled system update. Honestly couldn't fault anything about the experience!

We stayed at The Regency as our first trip away with our newborn, which we had mentioned at the time of booking. When we arrived, there was a beautiful baby cot set up, a baby monitor, and even a baby bath! This level of attention to detail could be seen throughout the property - there was a vinyl record collection, musical instruments and a great coffee machine - they have literally thought of everything! The interior design and restoration work is genuinely stunning and there are so many beautiful details throughout the apartment - the photos don't do it justice. We had an apartment on the first floor overlooking beautiful gardens and had access to an outdoor terrace with sofas and heaters. It looks like the ground floor apartments have their own private courtyards. Katie and her team provided great service and Jimmy the doorman couldn't have been more helpful!
