Old fashioned TV in the lounge of the cottage which didnt work. Had to seek help from staff but they couldnt fix either. Mooted that I would receive a partial refund due to lack of amenity but this didnt happen. However over all it was a lovely stay. Pub had great food and atmosphere.

Location is idyllic. Quiet village. Very relaxing environment

Would have given a 10 bit the service in the evening was a little slow. We weren't in a rush but it was like we had been forgotten once we say down and I had to find the waitress to place both main and dessert orders. Staff were very pleasant though.

Beautiful location for Chichester, the South Coast or even Gatwick (an hour away). Lovely, quaint room. Uneven floors add real charecter. Good bathroom and shower. Clean. Wi-Fi as needed. We ate in the pub in the evening and food was really good.

Car park was a little tight, but you can't do much about that, at least it shows how popular it is.

What a gem! Everything was perfect, quiet location, welcoming staff and atmosphere in the pub when we arrived. Restaurant was amazing, fantastic choice and the food was delicious. Very comfortable room, good facilities, great breakfast, good choice of dishes and well presented.

Minor issue - only a tiny jug of milk in the room. Suggest small reusable bottles so guests have say 1/4 pint for drinks.

Very good dinner in the pub - interesting menu and all tasty.

The village was peaceful. The room was nicely furnished, with a pretty bathroom. We had tea/coffee facilities and lots of lotions and potions in bathroom. The pub was really lovely, serving good beer. We stayed because we were visiting the CFT and it took 5 mins to get there.

Place was great nice room great food

The rooms could do with a little upgrading, the mattress ready could do with a being changed and some of the paintwork needed attention but overall they were very comfortable and clean.

It is in a beautiful village not far from Goodwood and Chichester, the rooms were very nice and had good amenities including tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge which was a bonus. The Restaurant food was very good quality and staff attentive.

The room was very hot, although we could open the window and use the fan. A seat for the dressing table would have been welcome, although there was perhaps not enough space. But I’m nitpicking here; overall, it was excellent.

Pretty much everything! Good parking facilities over the road and a warm and welcoming reception. The room was small, but had everything we needed and more. It even included an iron and ironing board, an electric fan, a hot water bottle, a cafetière, a fridge with fresh milk, and a range of toiletries. Comfy, soft bed. Breakfast was absolutely splendid - and there was a wide choice.

The bed was too soft (for me) but that’s a personal preference. Nothing else, a lovely stay.

The room was immaculate, a good size, great toiletries, and the pub was friendly with lovely food and drink! An early morning coffee in the small garden on the edge of open fields was a welcome bonus.

Nothing. Salt grinders didn't work very well. But then everywhere we've ever stayed they never work.😄. Go back to old fashioned salt cellars. Lighting was a little dim.

Warm cosy atmosphere. Great food. Flint Cottage was just right.

    Window didn't open .

The room was fabulous, big, cosy, comfy bed, all the little details are very welcome. French Press coffee maker, ground coffee, tea, biscuits, fresh milk, bottled water, a flask, a gan, iron, ironing board, lavender pillow spray... Large bathroom with lovely scented toiletries. We'll lit with big mirrors. The breakfast choice was great and breakfast was very good. Hot fresh coffee. We would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. The staff are lovely too. We were well looked after.
