Television in the room did not work - sound but no picture! A low table or bench in the room would be useful as somewhere to place suitcases for unpacking/repacking. For the price of the room would expect bottled water to be provided - the ‘cold’ tap in bathroom ran only lukewarm, not nice for drinking.

The ‘double’ bed was really uncomfy as you could feel the gap of the 2 singles pushed together. The bedroom was really hot and VERY loud from the pub below. It wasn’t a loud pub but the vents in the bathroom meant you could hear every word people were saying.

Lovely location on the river. Nice pub and staff were all very nice. Good to have Netflix on the TV. Shower was great.

Mirror in bedroom too high for the vertically challenged (I'm 1.56m tall). No dehumidifier in bathroom, (I suspect because it is an old listed building), so guests need to open the window to prevent build up of steam. (Not a problem in milder weather.)

Lovely view down the River Severn; warm recently decorated room and super bathroom; mega comfortable bed with quality cotton bed linen and good pillows; friendly helpful staff.

Nothing not to like except no parking. Parked at Morrisons no problem. £3.00 for 24hr parking.

Reat Location on the River with lovely views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pub. Great attic suite with lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Lovely dining area and lounge bar. Good large full English Breakfast. Very comfortable with character. Well worth it. Thank you Luke and the team.

No car park, and on street parking was busy, so initially had to park a couple of hundred yards away. Receptionist said her and others finish work at 4.30 and they were parked outside, so was able to move car into one of their spaces.

Noisy !!! Band practice next door, permanent noise from the kitchen extractor and very draughty windows (bearing in mind it was -5 overnight!)

Beautiful new renovation of our bathroom and bedroom. Wonderful large room and small pocket of the river view. Lovely clean room and nice hot drinks tray and selection. Lovely comfortable sofa to relax on with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Refurbished, beautiful bathroom with excellent shower but no extractor fan. and towel rail which we couldn't turn up to improve the heating. Fear that the newly decorated walls will soon deteriorate.

Friendly welcome. Well appointed room, which had recently been refurbished and had a lovely view of the river. Bed very comfortable with good quality white cotton bed linen. We met a group of friends in the evening for a meal in the restaurant - service was excellent and food 'good pub grub'.

Bathroom was tiny and awkward to manoeuvre round, shower needs descaling as not a good flow out the head , kettle was temperamental sometimes you had to hold the button down so it would boil and I thought £12.50 per person charge for breakfast was a bit steep if all you want is yogurt and toast so we gave it a miss maybe offer a continental option for people who don’t want a massive fry up at a more reasonable price
