There was absolutely nothing I didn't like .

The staff were brilliant , could not have done more for us. The facilities were brilliant. It was the small touches that impressed so much like having a small thermos of milk In the room To having slippers and a hair cap in the bathroom. They had thought of every small detail . I loved the large bed ,the sea view and the large shower cubicle. The breakfast was probably the best I have ever had and loved the choices of food especially the porridge . We will definitely be going back to stay there .

What a lovely guest house Warm welcome, beautiful room & bathroom with everything carefully thought of. Tea, coffee machine, luxury bath robes, slippers, chocolates etc.Everywhere so immaculately clean & tidy. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could think of. I would 100% recommend To the Owner Doug.. Thank you for making our stay so very lovely.

The WiFi in room 6 was a little bit rubbish. I think it may have been too far from a router.

The staff were lovely and clearly went the extra mile for us. The room was really comfy and clean. The bathroom was huge. The location was excellent, walking distance from the piers without being too lively on the streets around the property.

Fabulous gem of a place. Liz and Dougie are so friendly and helpful, a really lovely couple. Loads of unexpected extras at the Waterford, fluffy robes, plenty of choice of hot drinks, fresh milk, nice cookies, a fridge and even a little box of chocs!

Amazing room fantastic breakfast stayed in Blackpool numerous times but the Waterford excels over all the hotels I’ve stayed in nothing was too much trouble for the hosts a jewel tucked away and just a 15 minute stroll into the town

Stairs to room would be difficult for some but we were fine General area detracts from superb guest house but dont be put off On road parking was just about ok but owners did offer to put car to the side of their property if needed Not being able to stay longer Not enough sunshine :)
