Parking , was a problem , as mentioned by the hotel . There are very few spaces for paying guests , and parking on the streets around is either residents parking , or pay on the street , by setting up an account via your phone and paying online . Which if you are there for several days will get pretty expensive .

Nice suite , plenty of room for one person , with lots of wardrobe and drawer space . Food was good with enough variety for someone staying a week .

Just a one night stay in a very well maintained character Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay so no dislikes cropped up.

The shower was terrible in our room 334. No pressure of water at all when showering and it was very cold water. Room was very nice but the noise of tooting horns and sirens made the first night not that peaceful. But by night 2 and being so tired, didn't notice that as much.

Good location to reach central London by train. Breakfast was great, rooms good, with all facilities. Staff in restaurant was great, helpfull and knowledgeable. Free parking on premises.

Water pressure not great, dated room, hotel is difficult to navigate inside - a bit of a Maze with multiple ways to reach room, elevator not available whole wa no way finding from staff, actual key that needed to be returned and retrieved, might be difficult for those who have difficulty walking far or inclines or uneven sidewalks.

Spacious room with very long couch, windows opened, lots of closet space, nice garden, breakfast buffet and table service with a huge variety of freshly cooked choices ( poached, fried, boiled, scrambled eggs for instance) could eat inside or outside; close walk to Greenwich park close to train station which was easy to use (beware uphill from station a little difficult to drag luggage there but easy on return)

Location right in the heart of Blackheath is breathtaking The hotel is really comfortable, simple elegance. The breakfast, presentation & Service is just wow for me. Simple but classy!

Was very hot & humid so could have done with a fan in the room. Had to have window open so could hear noise of extractor fan (?) from the kitchen nearby.

Breakfasts very good. Location good.Staff always helpful & prompt. Having a sheet aswell as the duvet very appreciated in the heat! Able to park easily in rear carpark.

I didn't realise there would be insufficient parking spaces to park at the hotel and the on-street parking nearby seemed to be mainly for those with residents' permits.

The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of choice at the breakfast buffet.

Not enough parking spaces

The staff were very good with communication before our arrival with requests. Excellent location for the 02 arena. The 108 bus stops opposite the hotel and takes you to the 02 door to door for £1.75. We travelled the same way back to the hotel. Very clean hotel , nice room with very modern bathroom , very good breakfast. I've lowered my score purely on not enough parking spaces (but appreciate that they are free ), and there was no iron in the room as advertised, and I needed one. I had to remind reception that I was still waiting for the requested iron after waiting an hour. Small issues. We will definitely book again if we see something else at the 02. Perfect location

This is rather constructive feedback to get to 10 than any deficiencies: More varieties of cheese and ham or salami at breakfast would be great together with normal yoghurt (i guess the no/low fat fashion is over) The constant running around of staff members with walkie-talkie always on was a bit annoying

Great location opposite to large grass field, quiet, comfortable rooms, decent interior decoration (do not let yourself judge by the outside look), very helpful and friendly staff. Food in restaurant is delicious. Quiet restaurant garden (where you can spot foxes and other animaly playing around in very early morning)

Our room was a little smaller than we anticipated, as was the bathroom. Quite noisy too so we used earplugs and it was ok. Clean and tidy.

Value for money, looks very nice and welcoming on arrival. Friendly, efficient staff. Good room and reception area. Very good restaurant and breakfast. As a solo traveller I felt comfortable and loved the location.
