The standard double room we were given (213) was very cramped and not much space, no fridge, only one bedside shelf which was a bit disappointing, it’s not a room you’d want to spend any time in other than to sleep.

breakfast was a real let down, ordered poached eggs on sourdough toast, eggs overcooked and tasted solely of vinegar 😬the pastries from the coninental side werd undercooked and cold, i must say the staff dealt with my issue once highlighted.

I was given a quiet room on the third floor, facing away from the street. This was perfect for getting a good night's sleep which was my absolute priority. Room temperature was perfect, everything worked, clean and pleasant. Had breakfast on one day; it was excellent. Staff were welcoming and professional.

No bedside cabinets in room and no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Also no instructions in the room for how to work the room heater or the Wi-Fi code. ( the receptionist soon sorted this for us)

We enjoyed our stay very much. A lovely hotel in the city centre. The room was very clean and lovely; nice bed and lovely bathroom. We had our dinner 2 times at the hotel and we enjoyed that very much too.

If I’m being picky I wasn’t keen on the laminate flooring in the room, I like carpet underfoot.

I paid extra for a package of balloons roses and a banner for my husbands 30th birthday but there was no banner ( I was asked for age when booking it also ) was abit gutted about that

The amount of plugs in the room we stayed wasn't great; need more in convenient areas like near the bed.

The location was super convenient, only a 15mins walk into the main town centre, it is literally next to the train station so if you're travelling that way then this would be good. There's loads of shops and restaurants nearby as well so there's enough to do. There's no parking included but there is a parking garage right next to the hotel and it's not that expensive, I think it came to like a £5/day. The rooms are gorgeous, very chic. Nice and clean with good amenities. We upgraded with ease and the new room was absolutely fantastic. It was a wedding anniversary and we got decorations (rose petals on the bed and chocolate covered strawberries), was a very nice touch. The staff were super nice and friendly (shout out to Fiona on reception when we checked in). The food was really good, some variety. Good breakfast.

Excellent city centre hotel just opposite the railway station . Modern and beautifully clean decor and rooms , comfortable beds and a perfect bathroom. Superb value and would certainly stop again when visiting Swansea . Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Ideally situated right outside Swansea railway stn and a short walk into town. Room was ok with everything you needed. Comfy bed and a good breakfast 🍳 in the morning 😆
