We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had a room on the far side of the hotel, which was a fair walk from reception so should have bought wheeled luggage bags. The room was rather warm and we were not able to adjust the radiator thermostat. Breakfast was satisfactory but eggs were rather baked in the food warmer. Coffee was insipid, croissants soggy. (Hilton hotels are usually better than this in our experience) We had hoped to use the pool but it was rather crowded with children's swimming lessons.
Well located for Thame and the M40. We were dining at Le Manoir which is only two miles away, so convenient. We received a warm welcome along with a freshly baked cookie. The hotel is modern, accessible and communal areas are nicely decorated. Lovely inner courtyards and nice bar areas. The room was a fairly good size. Good shower/toiletries/fluffy towels. The bed was comfortable. A good supply of coat hangers in the wardrobe, also good supply of coffee/tea/milk and complimentary spring water.

United KingdomRoom good. No room service to order food even though advertised as such on website. Very big building and kept getting lost as signage not great. Had asked for oat milk in room and had a reply it would be but wasn't. Vegan food was produced when asked but took some time and not brilliant. Staff were very good and helpful though. As it was Easter I think they may have been a bit short staffed.

United KingdomFirst night in (booked for 4 nights) radiator in the room was stuck on high as the thermostat was broken, simple fix was ring reception and ask for some pliers to turn it off at the lock shield to be to told maintenance have no tools ! Man arrives looks at it and doesn’t seem to understand my explanation and returns with a fan 5 mins later ! Eventually reception moves me however to a smaller room that to me wasn’t very clean really , however after 8 hours driving I simply went to bed

Efficient check in.Appreciated the additional welcome for bag upon check in. Location was perfect as we went to Le Manoir Aux Quat Seasons. Some options for gluten free breakfast items. Enjoyed the pool and spar area before leaving.

Facilities are great! Gym and spa hours also great! Bed and room was very comfortable and clean! Breakfast options were awesome as well! Lovely dog friendly hotel!

United KingdomThe ladies' changing rooms in the spa when we went swimming are filthy, there was so many dirty towels piled up all over, and the floor was so dirty. It lets the hotel down as it does not reflect this. When I complained at the spa reception, the young gentleman really didn't care. it was such a shame.
The staff in the hotel are lovely, nothing too much trouble. The rooms were lovely and we slept so well, the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of choice.

Drinks and meals had to be paid for on ordering, as they could not be added to the room reservation and paid with the bill on departure.

United KingdomThe pillows were ok could be a little firmer, the room did have a funky smell but it got better ones you opened the windows, the mini bar didn’t have any prices on, the towels had a slight smell on them also. Other than those small things we enjoyed everything.
Love the cookie on arrival perfect to keep the kids quite on check in! Loved the coffee machine, the beds were comfy, we stayed in the st Anthony suit and it was a surprise! It definitely added to our experience
