The hotel lacks only one thing, a communal space maybe a bar or bigger lounge. Other than that it ticked a lot of boxes for my wife and I.

The hotel was easy to find and well located, with good access to the transport system. A short walk from Earls Court tube station and the local high street making traveling and eating easy. The area had many restaurants public houses and food options available. The room was clean ,tidy and well serviced although some people may think it a little small. Breakfast was a well organized continental style buffet and the staff were very efficient, effective and obliging to the guests. It came with good reviews and did not disappoint.

There was only one bedside lamp at one side of the bed. £100 deposit was taken and hopefully released. It was only £0.01 on a credit card. There wasn't much room in the bedroom and not a lot of variety in the breakfast room.

Room isolation is not perfect, the room tended to be quite cold. The heating system worked well though, the room would get warm pretty fast.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is very friendly. Their offered to keep luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast is a bit limited but the items are all of good quality. We appreciated particularly the service, the room has been cleaned up and we had new water bottles every day. Hotels in London are generally expensive, but this one has a honest price and the overall quality is good. The location is fantastic, especially if you travel through the Heathrow airport (Earl's court is served by Piccadilly line).

The duvet was synthetic type and bit too hot at times. Breakfast was reasonable although a hot breakfast would be better and the coffee was a tad weak for my liking. There was only black tea and coffee in the room - a herbal tea or green tea would have been good as my wife doesn't drink black tea or coffee.

The room was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was really useful to warm the room up quickly as it was a bit chilly when we first arrived.

The room, although a small double was well appointed, clean and fresh. It was a warm room but had an air conditioning unit. The staff were all very friendly and the continental breakfast had a fairly good selection .The location is great as it is between Earls Court Road and Warwick Road so very handy for tube or buses.

The staff were very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them and service with a smile. The reception was explained with regard to costs , timings and assistance with transport.

The only thing that spoilt the experience was a very sullen young girl on reception when we arrived. I was a little offended that she incorrectly attempted to process the deposit and proceeded to rudely questioned if I had adequate funds in my account, to cover her lack of knowledge in dealing with debit cards. The other staff were pleasant, especially the receptionist on our departure .

The room was newly refurbished, extremely clean and tidy. The room has all the items you would expect to find & more. The hotel was attractive & welcoming.The stay came with breakfast included

Bedding wasn't nice looked dirty. No seat in room. Bathroom looked nice but wasnt functional...no socket for hairdryer etc. Just rather basic. Breakfast was poor.

The mattress was really hard. My daughter and I couldn’t sleep on our sides because the mattress dug into our hips. Also, the breakfast was too light for our tastes. The boiled eggs were over done and rubbery, and I usually love eggs. We ended up eating just toast. Other than that, things were great!

The staff here are outstanding! They met all our needs and were so kind at every encounter. The location is amazing as it’s only a couple of blocks from the tube station yet it’s on a quiet street. Also, this place is super clean, which is always appreciated. When the woman at breakfast noticed that I kept getting tea, she immediately offered me a larger mug every morning and that was great!

Only one blanket for a double bed, can be uncomfortable for some. The biggest problem for me was the breakfast-variety of drinks was good. But for the food you only get cereal with milk/yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, ham, cheese. For pastry you only have toast. It can definitely be introduced with vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread or buns…
