We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I think use of the pool should be included as we paid £159 for the 1 night.
Great transport links around the location. Check in experience was smooth and enjoyed using the bar area downstairs. The room was cosy & had a lovely shower following day.

Whilst the bar is nice, it's not really set up well to have dinner. You have to order at the bar and queue. Food selection is basic too. It would be better to have an area with service?
The room is very nice and well equipped with a good breakfast.

Nothing to note to be honest, would go again.
Good location with nearby restaurants - Free parking at the hotel after 5pm from Friday to Sunday. Clean room and wide bed with a decent view on top floor. Clean bathroom with a good shower. Gym was small but it did the job, swimming pool was sorted in lanes but it was warm water with a jacuzzi, perfect for after a gym session, they provided towels and a locker with a bracelet to do contactless locking which is a nice touch. Nipped into the Steam Room which was more intense than I thought for the first time but still enjoyable, didn't try the sauna as it was full.

Slightly concerned by the two, visible, security staff on the door who later ejected two young men from the leisure facility. Room was booked for two but only enough towels for one (One hand & one bath towel) When I asked at reception I was given two sports towels! 🤷🏻♀️Used bath mat removed but not replaced. Again, used towels only replaced for one! Furniture a bit tired.
It was central for our needs and good metro link to the city. Bed immaculate and comfortable. Young friendly staff.

To crowded in the bar area. So had to eat in a restaurant outside the hotel. The breakfast was awful. The food was cold. Nothing was filled up until you asked for it.

Everything was super. The staff the facilities but the breakfast wasn't all great. Sausage under cooked scrambled eggs was brown but the coffee toast and cereal was spot on. It didn't effect our stay, I just wouldn't get the breakfast again. But other than that it was a fantastic stay. Thank all.

Sheets and pillow cases weren't changed often enough. Dirty towels were folded and put back on shelf. Remote for TV was covered in dirt and grime and I had to purchase sanitizer and clean myself. No wardrobe or space to store clothing. Though there is a rail with hangers in front of mirror next to bed. One of the over bed lights wasn't working.
Good facilities and close to a whole choice of fastfood and dining choices. Comfortable bed.

Whole hotel needed a refurb - it was grubby with stained carpets and scratched marked bedroom furniture. Chairs in the restaurant were also stained.
Staff were polite and helpful. Bathroom was well appointed and spacious. Room was quite.

The only thing was my view was overlooking a roof and motorway which did wake me up frequently with cars during the night
