House owner is very kind to help me order a taxi in early morning. Treat me with honey and tea. The room is very big, clean and tidy seeing beehives outside in the back garden is rather romantic to me. Sitting in front yard garden is relaxing. Walking distance to central is less than 10 minutes and it’s location is quiet with local neighbours instead of flocks of tourists which is what I like. Thank you.

Wonderful, welcoming family guest house. Terrific location a ten minute walk from the center of everything but perched up on a hill where you are awoken by song birds, not Nascar drivers. Highly recommend! Wonderful honey, too :)

The only disagvantage may be it's location. Very close to the city centre but on the hill, for elderly it may be tiring to walk up.

Only thing was that it was hard to get humidity out of the bathroom, but there was NO mold. So no big deal

We extended our stay for one night and they were so nice to switch us to a different room because our room was already booked for for this night. The other room, however, was a bit stinky and I was bitten by a bedbug.

It's a really nice place and the people are friendly. They gave us honey and wine one night and we really enjoyed being there.

Not that we didn't like, but there are quite a few steps upstairs from the gate. Those with knee problems need to take care. Also luggage may have to be carried in pieces if heavy

The 2 persons bed was a little bit small, especially for a tall person (180+).

The hospitality of the owners is amazing. We have been welcomed with some homemade food and wine. The fresh honey during the breakfast was delicious. The location is also very good since it’s close to the city of Kutaisi but very relaxing and quiet because it’s located on a hill.

It’s quite a climb uphill but perfect for exercise. The wifi connection could be better.

Since it’s uphill, you can see the city partially at night. Beside the house is a tree with table and chairs. Perfect to stay at morning at night.
