Not a major but the bed could be better and pool water could be warm/hot. Also the sun light hits your pool for just 3 hours unfortunately.

Little weekend get away in a quiet area, suite with a private pool it’s always good. Breakfast it’s good and with some variety! Staff it’s super friendly and kind with good recommendations.

The walk back from the town (about 10 minutes away) seems a little unsafe. I wouldn’t like to walk it alone as it’s a little dark

Our room was amazing. Very spacious. We got the suite with private pool and it was so worth it. Fresh towels every day and very helpful staff. We were a one minute walk from the beach and very close to lots of restaurants. Great location

It would be great if there could be a reception/restaurant service till evening.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, great facilities, good breakfast, amazing views and the beach and the club street was a stone's throw away. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. We can only recommend this place.

Ok ... the breakfast was no real highlight, but for this one week it was ok for me. Somebody would probably say that the room cleaning was rather poor ... for me, no big problem

Alexander Suites were a little bit different to my expectations from their appearance on the booking.com website, but in the end I had a real nice week there and can recommend the place, if you book a room with a private pool. I spent most of my time chilling at my private pool and enjoyed the luxury of it to a very fair price. The hotel is NOT beachfront, but it`s just a 3 minute Walk to the beach. the beach is part sandy , part rocky. you can rent sunbed & umbrella for 20.- and there are a lot of nice reataurants along the beach. The room was big enough, the bed was not to hard, not too soft, just right. There`s a big refrigarator in the room, where you can store your water bottles. And I had a a nice Flat-TV with many international programs , that could be watched directly from the bed. All in all ... for me it was just (almost) perfect

The moment we arrived the staff are so friendly and helpful! We had the executive suite which was perfect. The location is perfect as you are next to a couple of beeches and only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre, but far enough away from it at the same time. This is the peaceful side of town, which is what we wanted!

The one criticism is the kitchenette wasn’t very well equipped.

On arrival, we were a little disappointed with the quality of cleaning, the owner invited extra cleaning, but I wouldn't say it got much better.

Good location near the sea and not too far from the centre of Faliraki. Polite staff and normal breakfasts. Comfortable and stylish room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the main issue was the quality of the cleaning of the rooms and pool.

Some building work going on so beware.

Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned with bedding and towels replaced daily. Comfortable bed with extra pillows provided. Private pool also cleaned every other day.

Sun beds were elevated beside the pool which meant people in rooms above looked out from their balconies at us. There wasn’t an umbrella for shade. The ‘wooden’ decking was a bit shoddy.

Location was excellent, close to the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. We had our own pool which was lovely.
