We booked this apartament in our way to Zakyntos and we just love it, it had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and kind. In the night we took a walk on the narrow streets of the small village, it was just beautifull.

Beautiful, new apartment, on a quiet street (in low season 😁), equipped with almost everything you need for a quiet vacation, electric stove with oven, coffee machine with capsules, toaster, sandwich maker...including electrically controlled exterior roller shutters. The apartment had a sea view from all rooms, a spacious terrace, everything almost new and very well maintained. The owner was very kind and prompt to all our requests or complaints

The apartment was new, clean and had everything we needed. There was a coffee machine and a washing machine. Nice balcony with partial sea view. Mrs. Christina is very friendly and available if you need anything. He has a great attitude towards his guests.

The location is perfect, very easy to get to the beach plus so many restaurants and taverns nearby. We ate on our first night at the tavern within a minute walking and it was delicious. At night the apartment was so quiet. The views are great and the apartment is better than the photos can show with a great balcony. We both enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and with the parking in June we were able to get a spot right in front. Christina our host is so lovely and friendly. She made our experience even better.

I can't think of a thing.

The host is very accommodating. We used Google Translate and communicated just fine. She was very sweet and friendly. The property is very nice, fairly new, and well-designed. We had a little outdoor patio which was a bonus. We didn't eat in, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. We walked down to the beach. The town is cute and the beach looked really nice, but we were just there for the evening.

As soon as we stepped into the building and the apartment, it smelt of freshness, everything was brand-new, tastefully done, very well equipped. The view was lovely, the location was quiet, and yet right next to everything. Christina, the host was extremely helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommend Alkyono’s nest.

We had a great view of the sea from the terrace (apartment 3). There was an additional roof terrace. The equipment of the apartment was excellent. Christina was an excellent hostess.

Light and airy, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning as our room had so many windows and 2 balconies it was lovely! As a family with a 6 and 3 year old we made use of the washing machine and drying rack. The sofa was very comfortable to sleep on, it was a full size single for each child.

We felt really warmly welcome, the host was extremely kind and responsive, the apartment was just amazing - all shiny with good style, spotlessly clean and two amazing balconies with a seaview. I wish we planned to stay here longer.

It is more as hint, as there is no special parking place, yet the street from both sides provides enough space to find a parking place. This is in September; I would not know how it is in the hot months.

Brand new facility, very clean, build and furnished with lots of taste and comfort. The owner of the house - Hristina (we have the same name:) is one positive and gorgeous person, who call before our arrival to be there for giving us the keys from the apartment. The apartment is some 100-150 meters distance from the beach, which is very convenient, as the house is in a very quiet place. Our apartment was the same just like on the photos and had everything it was written in the introduction. It was equipped with everything, so we had the feeling we brought our own apartment to the sea. On the top of the house there is a huge balcony for all the guests, which has an amazing view on the see and the opposite islands (Zákinthos, Kefalonia). We loved our stay there and will definitely come back to this beautiful nest.
