The plumbing situation (generally in Greece) is different to what we experience in Australia. Our rooms had older bathrooms and we would have liked to have walk-in showers.

We loved the location, the pool, the food and the overall feeling of being well looked after.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was very relaxing. Nice pool and bar with comfortable sun beds Easy and quick access to gorgeous beech with very nice bar and restaurant. Good location about 8 minutes walk along boardwalk into Naxos Centre.

The cleanliness of room 10 is lacking in the shower area. The stone on the inside of the shower has black mold and desperately needs to be clean. The bar should be an asset and was lack luster at best. Very limited choices. The day bar tender told us it was his first time ever making a drink.

The after lobby receptionist was amazing. She not only checked to make sure the taxi she arranged to pick us up at the port found us since our ferry was an hour and a half late. She arranged a car rental for us and provided a route of places to experience. Breakfast was a nice well done.

The hotel has great staff but needs better organization. Little things need sorting, a broken table, several places need a lick of paint and grass needs cutting, old cushion covers need replacement. Management needs to step up.

Great location, not in the heart of town, but easy walk to dinner. The staff and manager were excellent, rooms cleaned every day, and lovely pool area too.

Breakfast could be better and the fruit could be fresher. Got an un-renovated room where nothing worked including the shower and complained and we were moved to a better renovated room without fuss.

Great location only 10 minutes from everything. Rooms had great views over the pool and beach. The renovated rooms are great. Be sure to ask.

That it was two single beds pushed into a double. Wish we had a room with a queen bed.

The amenities and facilities were very nice. Location in front of the beach was exceptional! Breakfast was included and left us feeling full. Lovely staff

The Hotel was in a great location. Facing the beach and less than a 1 minute walk. The room was spotless and very clean. Two balconies and one of them was overlooking the beach which was beautiful for sunset. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of room and the cocktails were very nice. Staff on reception were very welcoming and pleasant.. The Hotel is only a 10 minute walk along the beach to the main town which is great. Overall, for the price of this Hotel I would highly recommend booking for a stay. We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer.

It was very close to the beach and the pool on the property was beautiful. Katerina and Zoey were at the desk every day and were knowledgeable, friendly and often went above and beyond excellent customer service. Very good breakfast every day. They sent our laundry to a service that was very good. Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. We are a family of four and all were satisfied with the accommodations. Highly recommended.

The outside balcony in our room was a little less private than we expected.

Great location right by the beach and an easy walk into the main part of town. The staff was very kind. The amenities and the view of the sunset were very nice.

Such a wonderful resort. We loved the location. We could easily walk downtown but we’re on the edge of the beach which made it quieter. The pool was heaven and we enjoyed the swim up bar. Delicious breakfast and kind staff. Such easy beach access and access to all the beach restaurants. Highly recommended!

The property was a bit tired and and the grounds were unkempt. There wasn't coffee and milk in the rooms.
