No couch for extended time in the room. Had to lay on the bed to watch TV. No onsite parking however two lots within a short walking distance.

Host was very nice, allowed early check-in, explained everything in and around the apartment. Excellent location, easy walking to port and down town.

great location , very close to the beach, port, buses, restaurants, shops, good bakery & coffee we were met by the host who explained everything thoroughly , the place is nice and roomy for 2 people, very nice size bathroom and great shower, a little balcony. a very good size bed but for me it was a little bit too lumpy in some arias, good size fridge...we enjoyed Naxos very much.

Nil option of a blanket on bed - unsure if this is a Greek thing in summer however prefer the option and would always love to add 2nd pillows as they are thin. Now the main thing that really detracted from our overall stay was the slightly painful, drawn out checkin. We found the host to be extremely welcoming however the long explanation on the place, how to use every appliance etc was a little much. BUT we do appreciate the reason for this therefore I would suggest as a solution an info book! This would make it easy for guests to access all info with nil language barrier at their leisure and can have a quick, enjoyable check in. A much better experience for all. And also the lock was extremely hard to use, the key had to be forced very hard in and would then be hard to get out again, the host discussed upgrading doors in future but the lock in the meantime should be a priority as it’s a fire and safety issue.

Outstanding value! A perfect room for our needs on a budget and excellent location in Naxos, just outside of the busy area making it quiet however everything including the beach, port and importantly restaurants with sunset view within easy walking distance.

I would rate this as the best accommodation I stayed in for my entire 3 weeks throughout Greece. Everything was brand new and the apartment was exceptionally comfortable and good value for money. The manager was brilliant. Short walk either to the the old town or the beach area.

Good location, 15 minute walk from the port. Host very helpful and took pride in his service. Being an adults only, it was lovely and quiet. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast. We would stay again.

The small apartment was really great for my stay while I was doing HO. The walls are quite thin therefore pretty much everything from windows, to kitchen cupboards and even toilet seat is made to be or function soundproof. The father of the owner even gave me some biscuits and a glass of juice after my check-out as I was waiting inside the staircase for the rain to stop.

Check-In experience was slightly intense (but not difficult) with the host spending a few minutes listing/showing us photos of damage which prior guests did to the property, but other than that he was very nice and helpful.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities, shower etc. Good value for money. It rained heavily one of the days we were here so it was nice to have a room with cooking facilities, smart TV etc.

There was no mosquito net at any window, so we had to keep all windows closed. It would have helped to have a bug screen so the bathroom window could have stayed open. There were teflon pots and pans but only metal appliances.

The location is very convenient we had a car and there are two parking lots close by. The host met up with us and showed us the amenities and gave us some tips on the neighbourhood. The balcony is sunny in the morning so breakfast at the balcony was really nice.

Only the balcony view is not the best, but if you need the flat just to sleep and explore the area it's still a perfect apartment

The apartment has a great location, near the pier and its just few min walk from the main street in naxos with many restaurants and shops and near the bus station. The flat is a bit small but has all the utility that you need. What i loved the most was the shower - quite big and new walk-in shower. You can tell that the host put a lot of effort in making the apartment new and stylish. The wifi was really good. The kitchen has all the equipment that you need for living there comfortably for weeks. The host was really polite and responsive and helped us with questions about the area.

Clean , bright , modern and very comfortable room with a good, sufficiently equipped kitchen area, and nice sized bathroom with great shower . Excellent Wi-Fi and smart tv.

it’s more like a service apartment instead of hotel but it’s definitely worth the money! tho we have some hiccups on the drainage but it was quickly resolved. water is hot and the location is primed.
