The hotel is fairly old and shows its age. Furniture is worn. I did not think cleanliness was great. I could see stains on the bathroom door and the carpet seemed very dingy.

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. She did not have the booking info for our bed choice but changed our room. The staff in the restaurant was very professional. The room had a great view.

the rooms are extremely dated. it feels like a time warp to the early 90s. very much a 90s ski lodge feeling. if you can get past the 90s feel, it was quite comfortable. would be great if the rooms didn’t have carpet and the bathrooms were updated. lots of tour groups stay here. the hotel was packed! all rooms were booked out.

pool area was fantastic and the view was amazing. breakfast was awesome and excellent bar tender and bar area.

Pool hours are terrible. One should be able to swim before 10 am! Rooms are old, dirty old carpet. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Aircon dial worn and can not be adjusted. Shower in the bathtub and the drain does not drain properly and water comes out of the bathroom floor. No water in the fridge.

The room (esp, bath room) was a bit outdated. The mattress was terrible (holes) and therefore we had trouble sleeping.

Location close to Delphi archeological site. Beautiful large swimming pool.

The air con wasn't working in our room and complained but they said to just leave it on but didn't see much improvement at all. There were splatters of something white all over the bathroom door and the toilet seat had splashes of stale urine on. We couldn't get in for dinner either even though there were 2 and half hours left of service but were told they couldn't help us so had to carry a disabled child and 3 other children out into a heatwave up and down hills with a wheelchair to get everyone fed even though we could see empty tables at the restaurant. Just not enough care and attention given to each and every room/client... the pool also had paint in big chunks openly peeling from the bottom, so had to wear our water shoes. Also we were told our rooms had a lovely view but when we got inside we were placed right at the end, right at the back and right at the top with a disabled child aswell plus 3 more children, our view was one of the back of the apartments infront of us and what looked like seating area for staff to smoke plus it was full of rubbish and debris. I was looking forward to this stay as it was a treat for the family, however we couldn't wait to leave in the end. Also no lamps worked in our room either, just a lack of care and quality.

I liked the views and the interior decorations, lots of places to sit around the hotel to enjoy the mountains and relax with a drink.

Carpet in the rooms, for hygienic should be gone. The TV was not working and no working phone for room service. Overall the hotel is outdated.

The hotel was very dated. Needs a good renovation. It was hard to judge the cleanliness of the hotel because everything was so old. also: the sheets were incredibly uncomfortable.

The view from the hotel, pool and gardens were all breathtaking!!

The construction style..The bathroom could be more modern and without a curtain in the bathtub..

It's an older hotel that was built in the style of 70th years last century. The room was clean but very small, the beds were't very comfortable..But the breakfest was perfect! And the hotel's location was o.k. too, it 's very closed to the small town Delphi with many restaurants.

The rooms are very dated. The bathroom is very old and the furniture is from the 1990s.

The location is great. You can walk to Delphi town and it’s literally a few minutes from the ancient ruins and Delphi Museum. It’s also about 15 minutes away from Arachova. The view is also very nice, but our room was on the lowest level so we didn’t get to see the view clearly from our room.

The carpets are in desperate need of replacement for what appears to be a number of years ago. So they smell and it carries throughout unfortunately

This was a very last minute choice to book here as we were in the area. It was the holiday Oct 28 so the town was extremely busy. Breakfast was included in our price so overall it was economical. We reserved one of the last rooms. I don’t know if there is a newer area, but we were on the lower ground level. cleaning staff brought in pastries to the room as well which was nice. The room and bathroom were clean
