Parking available at the property was much appreciated. Location was excellent, 5' walk to the center / beach of Batsi, where are restaurants and shops are. Very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended!

Bath rooms are too small. Shower is very small and squeezed in one corner so that one can hardly be standing in it. Shower itself was so rusty and hard to use. Bathroom need general maintenance

We didn't like the fact that the owners seemed to have forgotten about us. Our room had a kettle hidden in the cupboard, but apart from that nothing else. Not a cup or a spoon, or 2 glasses. Typically all Greek summer rooms have a basic kitchenware. Even though we complained, no one brought anything. We also hated the pillows, impossible to sleep on them. Also, we stayed 3 days and they did not bother to change towels for us. And one out of 4 sockets did not work. Last, reception never answered phone calls. We needed some information while driving there from port but we never got that info.

We liked the location and the fact there was parking available.. The bathroom also was excellent, especially the shower. We appreciated our little balcony too.

The toilet mirror was too low and my bed was not made at the end of the day.

The location was good enough and the view from balcony was very nice. Plus it was newly refurbished, which was pretty good.

I liked the view from the balcony and the room was very clean and put together. The hostess was so nice and helped us find our way back to the port during the thunderstorm and showed us which buses to take.

check in was after 3. But on the plus side we could store our bags, and they kindly gave us a cold drink. Wi-fi - couldn't manage to connect at all in the room. (but similar to all the other places we stayed!).

Gorgeous town, loads of lovely tavernas. Beach nice. Around 5/6 min walk to beachfront from the room, down steps and narrow streets in the town, or a direct back path. Room nice size, bathroom nice, balcony good and sea views in distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again.

The shower needs it’s piping cleaned as there was an awful smell after each shower- the shower head is also too low down. Generally it is a cheap option but the bathroom is severely dated

Perfect location in Batsi, walking distance from center. Quiet, great views. Coffee shop on your doorstep to enjoy on private balcony. Very kind and thoughtful family. Mr Panagiotis and daughters welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed in room. Room well planned out, very clean, serviced, bathroom super practical and bed mattress clean (new!), linen n towels crisp. Our stay exceeded expectations for the price in comparison where other friends stayed at. We will only be booking this property for our future visits.Thank you Amorani family.

The door lock was not working properly needed to double lock it otherwise the door would stay which happened to us after the first night of the stay when the staff cleaned the room and left our door single locked resulting in is finding our room wide open. The room was not that clean and we found bugs in it. The bathroom worse than mediocre.
