The bed could be more comfortable, it was a little firm for me. The wardrobe behind the door was a bit awkward in the bedroom to open. I felt safe in the accomodation but felt I needed to close the shutters completely if going out as the windows alone were not very strong. The road at night is not very well lit and busy with traffic driving fast so you have to be very careful walking along this to the strip. The TV only had 2-3 channels and no chance to connect to anything else.

Spiros at the front desk was very friendly and kind and took the time to explain things to me. The apartments were well-equipped, spacious and with a great layout so you had privacy but could also chat to people if you wanted to. The seats on the porch were comfortable and great to overlook the pool. There was a coffee machine with tea/coffee provided. Great shower-powerful and warm. The pool was cool and very clean with lovely comfortable sun loungers-some with shading if you want it. So relaxing. Very handy location- close to bus stops/mini mart/beach/restaurants all within a short walking distance.

The best part was the staff..the staff was really good they made our stay amazing. We arrived at midnight and Spiros was waiting for us. Served us wine and offered fruits. You can chill at the property pool or go to black beach just a few mins walk. After checkout we booked a taxi for early morning which didn't came so the guy (Sprios) dropped us at the airport which was so kind of him. There is a grocery stop in 2 mins walk and beach 7-10 mins. I recommend to rent a car or scooter to explore.

The receptionist was amazing. They were very informative and made great restaurants' recommendations. The breakfast was very good. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms were very cleaned and very roomy. I would stay there again.

The staff was incredible, so so kind and friendly, very helpful, cleaners was in everyday and made our rooms spotless, very trustworthy family ran business. Location was very close to the beach, everything was walkable locally, shops, restaurants, beach bars and water sport. So nice and quite at night too and room aircon was a winner, Ice cold. The host went above and beyond for us too so hats off to him, very good with languages aswell which made the holiday so smooth. I loved the people there, always smiling and willing to help. We arrived very late the first day, instead of making us pay a late check in fee they offered us breakfast the next morning! The apartments are cosy and comfy, the AC is really quiet but efficient. The pool is the prefect size and it’s sometimes hard to go visit Santorini rather than to stay by the pool. Restaurants are about 5 min driving and you have a mini market 2 min away walking

Spiros, the manager was waiting for us to arrive despite our late arrival time. We were travelling with our daughter who has a disability and he was accommodating in terms of providing her a shower stool and location of our apartment - on the ground floor close to the pool. He was welcoming and friendly, and gave us suggestions of places to visit locally. The units were very clean. Breakfast under the trees was lovely. The pool was spotless. We had a lovely time there. Would definitely return to Santorini and Ambeli!

The location and property where excellent! Pool was situated right outside the rooms and it is a very peaceful place. The staff was very helpful and so friendly. They even stayed open at the breakfast buffet an hour after later the day we arrived since we arrived late. Wow what service top notch! Beach is 5 minutes from the villas and plenty of places to eat and use the beach facilities, We will surely be back and detatay at Ambeli!! See you soon!

The exit from the parking is little "risky", be careful. We do reccomend you rent a car or a quad to move around!

Upon arrival we were welcomed like VIP guests, with smiles and wine. The staff was really professional but also very friendly and useful. We were given great tips and instructions about moving around the island. Places (and times) we were reccomended to visit turned to be the best once we have seen during the stay. The apartment was more than we excpected, very clean and coasy. It gets cleaned every day. The little terrace in front of the app. was facing the pool but we still had our privacy and enjoyed sitting and chilling. The pool area is also great. The location is fantastic, just few min walk from the black beach and many great places to eat. Considering the prices of other properties this one wins the "best buy" category for sure!!! Absolutey would reccomend!! Don't hesitate.

The staff were lovely Room and the pool cleaned every day. Relaxing chilled vibe Around 10 to 15 minutes to the beach and bars and restaurants. You can also ask them to arrange a pick up service for carrefour.

I recently stayed at Ambeli Apartments for two nights, and I had a fantastic experience. The room was excellent, featuring a mini kitchen that added convenience to my stay. The complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch and appreciated. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional staff, with a special mention to Ona. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to support us with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was also a highlight. It was well-maintained and provided a great space to relax and unwind. Whether it was taking a refreshing swim or lounging by the poolside, it added to the overall appeal of Ambeli Apartments.

Prior to arrival Ona was in contact with us and arranged an airport pick up which we greatly appreciated. On arrival we were greeted by Spiros who gave us all the information required about our stay. The apartment and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. We had a kitchen and dining area as well as a separate bathroom and bedroom which opened out on to a terrace. The pool and view was stunning and open throughout. There was never any issue with sun loungers or the beds; they were always almost available. The apartment was a 2 min walk from a grocery store, and about 5 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants which was very convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay - Ona had even saved us some eggs on our first morning which we thought was a lovely touch. The staff were incredible - so helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Would recommend Ambeli to anyone visiting Santorini who wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia!

We had to come home :(

One of the best family holidays we have had, Ona and Spiros are so welcoming and helped organize everything, Airport pick up,Car,Boat trip, and much more. The apartments were exceptionally clean, the pool and cabanas were perfect, and we were just five mins walk from the beach with loads of excellent restaurants. We then rented a car for four days and explored Fira and Oia, this was all organized by Ona. The breakfast was perfect, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a winner. Thank you Ona and Spiros for everything, you made our holiday one not to forget, and hopefully, we will be back soon.

The Ambeli Apartments is an exceptionally great place for holidays. The room was super clean due to the daily cleaning that is quite unusual in apartments. All our wishes were fulfilled, good programmes were advised and organized for us. The pool is big enough for the 10 apartments belonging to the property. The Ambeli Apartments is close to the beach, with a 5-minutes walk we could get there. Last but not least we would like to mention the front desk staff Ona and Spiros who were very friendly, helpful and always smiled. But also the cleaning lady and every people on Island Santorini are very friendly and nice.
