There is a charge to use the pool, which I didn't really like, and found odd. It's definitely a first for us. We have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't allow their guests to use the pool for free. I'm still confused at what the exact fees are. I was told by two separate staff members two different things. One mentioned that it was 10 euros per guest, and another one told me it was 10 euros per room. I was also told that if I ordered food or drinks at the pool, equivalent to the fees, then I wouldn't have to pay a fee. We ended up ordering food and coffee. Wait times for drinks and food were unbelievably long. The hotel also allows people from the neighborhood to use the pool, so it gets quite busy with kids.

Very comfortable beds. Good location. Not too far from some restaurants and cafes. Friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean.

The website indicated that there was shuttle service but when I got there the "shuttle" driver charged me $55 so I wasn't pleased. Shuttle service when indicated should mean a free service to guests. This was misleading. Whether this was on the part of Booking.com or the hotel I do not know. The first room we are showed was not good. The beds were low to the ground and the room looked very plain and the hot tub was closed off. We were given a different room that was much nicer. Breakfast was very good but I wish I didn't have to pay for it.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Agnes.

The location is fantastic . Quite and safe neighborhood with restaurants in 2-3 min driving distance. Parking available within the property The room is ok with all the necessary accessories available .

Everyone at the hotel was so kind and willing to help. Room size was great I had breakfast just once and there was quite a variety, for the extra price which was actually not so high.

The room was old and needed some renovation.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.The location is excellent.Among the trees and close to the shops.I had breakfast which was very nice.

The use of the pool was of extra charge 10€ per person, something that was mentioned within the policies link text that I never noticed. Next time I will read the "small letters" It was the first time I am asked to pay to use the pool in a hotel that I am staying in.

There was no desk in my room which could be used for work in the evening.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and Poolbar is a perfect addon for a business trip in summer. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance.

The restaurant food menu for dinner was fairly minimal.

Good selection at breakfast, with a range of teas or coffee available as well. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was good as well as a good portion too.

Even though the staff was very polite and helpful, not all of them wore masks. Also, there was an extra charge in order for us to use the pool, in spite of the fact that we stayed in the hotel and had booked the Deluxe Suite.

Location was perfect, the room was spacious, clean, painted with very warm colours which matched the furniture very well. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant, albeit brief.

definitely this hotel is not worth the money i paid. breakfast awful, spa only promises in fact doesn't work, gym only one bicycle. all furnitures is 50 years of old. i don't recommend.

- No clear signs/guidance on how to find the way to reception and parking after 2300hrs - Floor was made by seaside stones? not convenient for cleaning suppose and feeling cold.

We had a room with a jacuzzi which obviously needed fixing. Jacuzzi was not well maintained and it was a dissapointment for what was charged extra. The shower had mould round the bottom. Dissapointed with maintenance.
