This villa in Porto Rafti is fantastic. The location offers stunning views that took us by surprise with their beauty. It's so picturesque that it feels like you're on a remote island. Katerina was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to check in early, and she provided excellent local tips and advice for our trips to Athens. Her friendliness and communication skills made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

We didn t like that we didn t had a signal from wifi at all on the basement! We need to go upstairs to make a call or check internet! The are has n t good signal on mobile too so the internet is crucial there!

The property was amazing and the owner was extremely helpful with all the details that she shared with us! The best part is the view and the silence during the day if you need to find a place to cool off this is the must!

For the parking it is benefitial to come with a small or medium sized car.

The host sent us a detailled description to find the place. These were very instructive and helpful. The house was extremely well equipped and we regretted that we could stay there only one night. The house is really beautiful, there is a beach close by and the restaurants and bakery are in walking distance. We enjoyed it a lot and would like to come back with more time to stay.

Our host genuinely tried to make our stay pleasant, called every once in a while and asked if we needed anything. They called to change our bedsheets and towels and clean the house after 4 days in their initiative. We received all the help we needed such as directions where to get groceries or how to order cabs. Looking forward to visiting again.

Everything was wonderful.

Beautiful decor, amazing modern bathrooms (3!), very comfortable beds, beautiful views from both balconies including a partial ocean view, very convenient (across the street from the entrance to the beach, and about 7 mins away from Nikas Bakery which also sells lunch and dinner items), and only 20 mins away from the airport. It is also 10 mins from the Temple of Artemis museum. The home has 3 levels and 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds. It is fully stocked with board games and also video games- Xbox and PlayStation! Katrina the owner was a wonderful host, very responsive with messages, and she scheduled our taxi cab driver (Eleni) who was also wonderful to us. Katrina gave us some restaurant recommendations and we loved Nikas Bakery which was close by. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Porto Rafti!

The host was awesome and the location was beautiful. Our family drove to the port and had ice cream and walked the waterfront. The food in town was delicious and the home was wonderful. Check-in and Check out process was seamless.

It would be nice if there was AC on the kitchen level.

This 2 bedroom property was very comfortable and had everything you need! We loved sitting out on the covered patio enjoying the breeze and view! It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach cove. Head the other direction and there’s another beach, an amazing market and bakery and a couple great restaurants! The locals were very friendly too.

Unfortunately we arrived on a National holiday so understandably people next door, in what I would imagine is a very quiet neighbourhood, were partying. All calm by early evening. Restful night before easy journey to the car hire and airport.

Lots of space for two of us. Well suited to a family group. Owner was welcoming and showed us through the property. Location was good for coast and centre where we found a choice of places to eat.

It was a bit further than we thought to town to get to restaurants/waterfront. But you can walk most of it along waterfront once we found path. And while you do have a slight view of the water we expected it to be more direct view vs the dense vegetation/trees the property faces.

Plenty of room for six although we were only two people, great bathrooms, very clean! host was very communicative and arranged a taxi back to airport for us. She recommended great spots to eat which we did. Since we were there only one night and it is 'off' season it was a bit quite I imagine during summer the place is very lively! Thankfully she sent a link and pictures of the units location as our taxi driver from the airport was confused on finding the spot!

We had a lot of trouble finding it, but mostly just because we checked in later than expected and we were tired, so we don't blame the owner! Our cab driver was new to the area and took us to the wrong place with the same street name at first (which the owner warned us could happen but since we had no house number and it was dark, it was hard to know what to look for). Luckily a local noticed us and led the cab driver to the right street, which was very nice of him. Then we couldn't determine which house it was, because they all looked similar and there were no house numbers, which the owner was kind enough to help us with over the phone even though it was very late! It'd probably be a good idea to have some kind of sign or distinct object to tell guests what to look for to be sure it's the right place. I was worried we'd be entering the wrong house! The only other suggestion I'd make, was that the downstairs shower could have used a waterproof shelf or something to put toiletries on, because grabbing my soaps off the counter made water spread even farther than it already had, and there was plenty of room for a little shelf inside of the shower area.

The stairs could be tricky - we had a difficult time lugging bags up and down the very narrow spiral staircases. TIP: For those of us staying on the ground/basement level, we took our bags outside around the back and through the door there, which was much easier! Also felt a bit misled about the number of bedrooms listed. The top floor has a double sofa bed, the middle level has the living room/kitchen and then the basement level has two single beds and a double bed separated by a half partition-type wall. To be fair, I did message the host after scouring the photos to try to understand the layout and they said yes, the room in the basement level is just one big room, not two separate so we knew what we were getting into. Luckily, we're all friends and we were only there 1 night, but if anyone is looking to book a 3-bedroom place, this is only technically 2 bedrooms! Wouldn't stop us from staying again, it was a great location and lovely house and the host could not have been more friendly and helpful for our stay!

The location was amazing. Quiet area but close enough to walk to the beach, cafe and restaurants along the water. The host messaged me the day before with a detailed map, instructions on how to get into the property and where to park as well as some lovely recommendations for food which were so helpful! The house had everything we needed - water and fruit in the fridge as well as an espresso coffee machine and teas. Beds were comfortable, showers had plenty of hot water and there was a toilet on each level, which was helpful if you didn't want to go up and down the stairs. We sat on the little balcony in the sun watching the water off in the distance. We were there less than 24 hours but wish we could have stayed longer!
