Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff are always professional and helpful. The bed is large and comfy, the shower is a great pressure, the breakfast is good and the airport shuttle is flexible.

The hotel park looking better on photos than in reality. No possibility to take the bath, but on booking no information about it.
Super comfy beds and and nice breakfast. Transfer from the airport without extra costs. Very nice receptionists.

The location was even more further from the city than I was thinking. The travel for the city was very complicated (20 min with Taxi) that is more than I excelted and it cost 20 e/direction, so 40 e to visit the city is too much. Also the premises are very old, so it would be nice to get them upgraded to more modern.
The food was excellent, the restaurant was very nice. There was free airport transortation, but the challenge was the transportation to the city.

Heating with reverse AirCon is noisy. To move around from the hotel, own car or taxi is mandatory (next public transport is 18 minutes walk), a return ride to the city easily takes 40 EUR. This is not a "did not like", guests just should be aware of this; car rental at the airport is an option to consider if you need to move around during your stay.
Close to airport and with free transfer. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, well sound insulated. Good restaurant on-site. Taxi - when needed - arrives in 5 minutes after calling with FreeNow taxi app.

The bed was rather hard and sound proofing is not the best.
Very good location, close to the airport and especially the free shuttle service is great! The restaurant on site was good with fair prices.

The property was very helpful with providing the shuttle from the airport at 23.00. They were very nice too.The stay was only for one night and the accommodation a very good for one night.

The walls were really thin and we heard everything in our floor, from outside the window and every furniture that moved above us. It was really hard to sleep.. we woke up many times from the noise
The stuff were really nice and helpful. The free bus shuttle was amazing, picked us up in the middle of the night from the airport and brought us back to the airport in the morning for car rental (for free as well). Also the breakfast was really good and had a lot of options. Good hotel for one night next to airport!

We asked for a vegetarian breakfast package because we wanted to leave the hotel early that day. We only got a slice of cheese in between two slices of bread, some simple cookies and beverages. No vegetables or buttered bread.
Quite nice breakfast options. I liked the pool area - large and clean, with many shades. The airport transfer for free was a perfect complimentary service.

The pool being public would put us off booking again. The place is older and needs a revamp to improve - the pictures on booking.com don’t really represent the reality

The pool gets a little bit full with outside guests, so u need to get there soon after opening time to gain a sunbed. However, there was plenty of tables you could sit at under the awning.
Great outdoor swimming pool, which comes with a food and beverage service to your chairs. The hotel provides transport to and from the airport which is great. Good selection at breakfast and at the restaurant for dinner.
