Big apartment with aircondition, nice beach and perfect location

Great location, right in front of a beach. Big garden and big apartment. We git there right from the airport via taxi. Everything was great. The apartment kitchen is not equipped well with all tools needed for cooking, but there are many restaurants in close neigbourhood so we coocked just a tea and were earing outside.

We loved it

We had a great time in Ballos. Staff was so nice and the studios, with kitchen and bath was clean and cosy. Our studios was at ground floor directly to the garden and beach. So nice. Beautifil beach with clean, blueflag water and great restaurants.

Very convenient- right across the street from the beach and absolutely stunning gardens in the front and back of the hotel! We had beautiful views from everywhere in the apartment!

Old fashioned, built in the 50ies or something. Never renovated but honestly kept in a very good condition. Bad reception all over Attica, too many mountains - no internet, slow wifi

Beach is across the street, but if you want to go to a sandy long stripe beach you must get a car or take a taxi - apt ownercwill arrange it. Quiet - only party in the city in Saturday w concerts until midnight, ither than that totally relaxing. No bugs! Sometimes in Greece you see some, no sign of bugs here. It has a wonderful garden, with beach view, lot of marble tables with (plastic 😒) chairs, to have a breakfast or dinner, leander trees, fountain, vers good for families w kids

Mosquito nets are needed to be placed on balcony doors. Beds, mattresses and cooker could have been renewed.

Perfect location, on the beach! Shopping and meal options in walking distance.

The beds were the worst I had ever slept in. The bathtub was quite old and the finish was worn off making it look dirty.

The location was great. The place was clean and very retro - which was cute. The receptionist (Ava) was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Only problem was the terrible beds. They are old and very uncomfortable. The beds would prevent me from staying there in the future.

it had no kitchen facilities IE kettle, pots, cooking utensils. It was very old-fashioned. It was dark and dreary. The beds were uncomfortable and only one sheet per bed.

The grounds are beautiful and kept clean and tidy. The entrance gate is right on top of the beach. The apartments are large but very old-fashioned. There is no internet in the rooms, you would need to use it by going to sit in reception. The beds are clean but basic and thin and you only get one sheet to sleep with. There was no kettle, hairdryer, iron, pots, cutting knives, or cooking utilities. We could heat things like pizza in the oven but there was not a knife or anything to cut it with. The rooms are clean and tidy but basic and old, it reminded me of an apartment from the 1970's. There is a tv in lounge but it as old as the hills and not easy to watch. The balcony looked over the beach and was large enough to sit on comfortably. The inside building, from reception to front door was dark at all times and by the time you got to the light switch, so you can see where you are going, you are at the front door! It needs updating. The best thing was the staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy and it was right on top of the beach and the location for shops and bars is excellent. I travel to Nea Makri several times a year and I would not stay here again.
