The room we were given didn't have WiFi access and to avail the same we should stand near the pool in the cold which was tricky.

I loved the location, super close to the centre. Also, the views are amazing from the property.

No double glazing so a little noisy. Breakfast, food only OK. My biggest complaint was that they did not provide any water which was very poor service, when a guest arrives late, and the tap water is not potable. I would have been happy to pay for it.

I can't say anything about Blue Suites because I was placed in another Alizea Villas & Suites hotel. I was put in a small clean room with no sea view. view of another pool. I came to the Blue Suites only to swim in the pool. I didn’t go to breakfast, I had my own food. this was my last hotel in Santorini. I was allowed to stay in the pool until 2 pm. then I was taken by a transfer for an excursion and then to the airport. if you have a late flight then this hotel is suitable. you can stay on the territory in the pool.

We were extremely disappointed in the breakfast and found the staff quite rude. For the breakfast, it’s room temperature long life milk for your cereal, bread with no toaster and just an extreme lack of variety. The only hot food is mini Frankfurt sausages and some egg white bake with the same mini Frankfurt sausages… We found the staff were generally quite rude and not willing to help if you had a question and almost blow you off. These two things really disappointed us on this stay. Also, it says on here they charge 10 euro airport transfers but my friend and I caught different transfers (for different flights home) and she paid 30 euro (extra charge because it was early morning) and I paid 25 euro. So not sure if we got ripped off or they just haven’t updated the listing…

The pool area is definitely the highlight of this property, however even then the towel basket was never re stocked throughout the day so if you got there too late you miss out on a pool towel. Air con was good in the rooms & the walking distance to the town isn’t too bad.

Breakfast was fairly basic and the same every day. The room was tidy and cleaned daily however bathroom could use an upgrade, the shower was very small and old.

Great pool and nice sea view. Distance to the town is walkable if you are mobile and healthy however it is uphill so if you have mobility challenges you will need a vehicle.

Though the hotel look nice and modern outside, most of the rooms are old and need refurbishing. Our toilet was moving as if it is going to fall when you sit on it. Shower heads and fitting are old. No exhaust fan for ventilation in the toilet. Breakfast is okay.

Hotel has pool and some rooms have been refurbished with jacuzzi. Room size is good. Outside looks nice and new. Quiet and relaxing sitting outside late at night. Feel safe.

Breakfast was terrible! We didnt get coffee for 3 days because coffeemachine was broken. We asked them to fix it but nobody bothered to do anything.

Wifi is barely reaching the rooms They REALLY need to do something about it. If someone had to do a bit of work in their laptop etc ite pretty much impossible unless you go and sit where the reception is and the lobby.

There were just a couple of bits that needed attention like the chair at the dressing table with a bolt missing and the lid of the bin in the bathroom.

Loved the outdoor hot tub and pool, the room was a great size, Very clean and reception were really helpful especially arranging taxis for us.

In our room, the hot tub did not work. It did not get warmer even after they tried. The employees said it's due to the weather ( true, it was very windy), but the hot tub should get heated independently of that.

We stayed just one night in this property. The property met all the necessary requirements. It's a bit of walking from the main place, but overall value for money.

The breakfast could have had more variety. The pool was freezing and the rooms were not very clean. In addition, reception/management staff was not available at all times and the showers did not provide hot water early in the morning.

Good location and the jacuzzi and cleaning staff were kind and available every day. The concept of the hotel is cool and different with a great view.

We had booked with Blue Suites. However, our host informed us that we would stay at Blue Suites for our first night, and then the rest of our stay (4 more nights) at another hotel, one street over. We were not informed of this beforehand, and we were not 100% sure why this was the case. However, the secondary hotel was much more modern, and generally nicer, than the Blue Suites hotel. We were hoping for a double room with a sea view, however there was none available upon check-in. The room we received was brilliant, though it was ground level with no view.

The property was excellent. It had a wonderful location, and the rooms were extremely modern.

They always kept the room clean even if its not necessary. The towels were change every day. It was a beautiful resort for that price.

There's plug for the bathtub and the balcony door was creaking the whole time. Wifi was poor.
