I wish it had been clearer that the two bedroom apartments were on the ground floor (below ground level) and so didn't have a view. The outside terrace was always wet, we had no idea where the water was coming from, it wasn't nice to sit out sometimes. The shower had no shower curtain so the water leaked out of the bathroom door and into the kitchen area.

The location is fantastic and the owner Philip is such a lovely man. The accommodation is very spacious.

Not much we didn't like. The apartments and pool just need a bit of upkeep and care. We made a suggestion to Phillip to mount the microwave below cupboards to give more counter space. And to include a cleaning sponge, cloth and washing liquid. So you could clean the pots, dishes and cups. There is a cleaner that does clean the apartments daily.

Calypso Apartments is located 150m from the beach. They also have a lovely pool and bar of you don't want to venture to the beach. The pool is perfect for kids. The apartments are basic and small but have everything you need for a short stay. Phillip was a great host. There was a small mix-up with the amount of people booked but Phillip quickly resolved this and added an extra bed in each room.

This is our second reservation at Calypso studios. The room was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were welcoming and friendly during our whole time. The sea view is amazing. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at *Calypso Luxury Studios* in Vasiliki for 7 days, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what the name suggests. There is absolutely nothing “luxurious” about this place — it's more like a group of mediocre apartments than a proper hotel. The air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in what seemed like years, and I had to clean it myself to use it. The shower caused water to spill all over the floor, leaking outside the bathroom. The kitchen was outdated, and the fridge handle was broken. The bathroom door was defective — I got stuck inside for 30 minutes, which was a scary experience. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if a child were stuck there. The pool was unclean, with sand everywhere, and not properly maintained. The sheets were old and had red stains on them. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and refused to speak in Greek, which was quite frustrating and disappointing as a local guest. Overall, the quality and service fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this place

Frustrating that the 2 room apartment has a lot of potential but sadly neglected and run down. Shower was a joke. Similarly the pool and surrounds were ok but in need of upkeep. Had to contend with having to stay elsewhere on first night because someone owner let someone stay another night. This is not acceptable.

Exposed ac socket on bathroom is a hazard. What was agreed was not there (coffee maker, microwave oven). Had to constantly try to get in contact to get them and other items ( kitchen sponge and dishwasher liquid). No mobile data, no wifi. Had to leave the property to get some mobile data… worst thing the moldy dampness that took more than a day to go not so far away, since the towels, the closets were reeking.

Perfect location right next to the beach. But most important was the hospitality of the owner Philip. Great guy. Unfortunately we got a food poisoning from one of the restaurants in Vasiliki. Philip took us to a hospital and he was constantly checking on us if we were OK.

I do not recommend this accommodation, I paid for five nights in an apartment with a sea view, but when I arrived, the landlord told me that there was no apartment with a view, he put us in the basement, that's where we slept. For 3 days he told us not to move or kick me out, we had to move out, we already paid and slept 2 nights in another place, it was very far, it was at night, it was dark, there was not a single lamp
