The WIFI and/or cell service was non-existent at night and very spotty during the day. That is my only complaint! But... who needs WIFI when you have an infinity pool and a beach to yourself!

EVERYTHING!!!! This was the last stop of our European get-away and quickly became the highlight of the trip! When our taxi driver realized we were going to Case Di Mare, he told us we were going to the most beautiful villa in Imerovigli, and he was right! Our host waited for us to arrive and welcomed us with a smile, although our flight was super delayed and we arrived past 11PM. They made sure to have refreshments, like fruits and wine, to ease our travel frustrations. When we walked in, all we could say was "Wow"! The place is spacious, tastefully decorated, super clean and welcoming, for a family of 3 or 4. The rooms were so comfortable and quiet, it was impossible to wake up the next day. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was waiting for us at our chosen time. The pool was magic! Larger than the pictures show. Not heated (to my knowledge), but the sun did a good job heating it up. The outdoor area was addictive, because of the the view and the comfort! You'll have everything you need! Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee, a million toiletries, a barbeque grill, daily room cleaning, robes, slippers... I mean, the list goes on. Pori beach is at your doorstep. Beautiful beach! It is noticeable that the Villa cleaned up the beach for their guests. The water was clear and the villa's area was much less rocky than the surrounding shores. We wanted to have a car to move around. The villa arranged for the car rental to be delivered to our doorstep as well. I would highly recommend it, if you plan to go places. The roads are easy enough to maneuver around, except at night, in my opinion. At night, it's pitch black! Car service is expensive in Santorini. Not sure how much more I can praise this villa! I travel quite a lot and stay at many beautiful hotels and villas all over the world. Case Di Mare will remain as one of the top on my list!

The villa was located really close to the airport which was very convenient. It was also a close driving distance to main parts of the island. The villa itself was beautiful!! Great size. Clean. Comfortable. Very homie - the outside sitting area To enjoy the sea view was spectacular. Having breakfast outside was perfect. Sunbeds to enjoy the sun and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The hosts were truly incredible and so welcoming. The best experience I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend this place!!

Everything was great. The view on the sea was spectacular. The swimming pool was a dream! The house was perfect and very modern and the design was fantastic. It is ultra clean thanks to the room service twice every morning. The breakfast by the morning outside was perfect! The hosts are friendly and very careful to please us all along the holydays. Thank you to Marina and Ilyas and all the family! We miss you! You can also enjoy the sunrise early morning !!! Fantastic place that we highly recommand! Excellent freshly prepared breakfasts . Location is away from the busy sought after resorts but we preferred the peaceful location and we could easily access the hog spots . You do need a car . Host Ilias could not be more welcoming and friendly .

We liked everything. The property was beautiful, very modern and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the view was amazing. The owners are amazing people! Every morning we enjoyed breakfest they made for us.

We have spent some wonderful days at Casa di mare. Marina and Illias have been very kind, and have treated us in an incredible way. The best hosts we have ever had. The house is like being in a hotel, with the best services but all private, and they have prepared spectacular breakfasts for us. The situation of the house is very good, in a quiet area but close to Oia i Fira, with a direct view of the sea listening to the waves, and magnificent decoration, typical of Santorini houses. You have taken very good care of us. Eager to be able to repeat again and you already know that in Barcelona you are more than welcome ;-)

Both the inside couch and the outside couch reeked of cat urine. Owners wouldn’t know unless someone told them. Had to use a blanket on the indoor couch to block the smell from our clothes. Owner had the outside couch and cushions washed and yet the smell was still there. Sunshine will help to clean the cishions.

George met us and showed us around and offered services if we were interested (bbq or cruises). Made sure we knew the property well. And the fridge and drawer were well-stocked with food for breakfast.

The apartment is situated on the opposite side of the island to the caldera, so do not expect spectacular sunsets. It is actually quite essential to have your own car as the nearest shops are in Oia and we paid out a fortune in taxi fares. The villa is down a steep dirt road and very badly signposted, so hard to find. One would expect that at the price the condition of the access road and the signposting would have received more attention.

This lovely apartment has everything one could wish for to have a great stay. Well-appointed with quality furnishings, it is spotlessly clean and thoroughly serviced every day. The outdoor area, the view and the jacuzzi makes you unwilling to leave even for a few hours! An added bonus was that the fridge was well-stocked with basic essentials for the first night, which was just as well because we did not have a car and this apartment is not within walking distance of any amenities.

nothing. it is on the airport side of the island, so you see and hear the planes but for us worth the trade off for the space and location next to the beach, away from the crowds.

It’s on the quieter side of the island and has all you need for a great stay. There is a beach next to the house, a great jacuzzi and outside space not overlooked. George helped us organise a great wine tasting trip and lunch at the Sunset restaurant in Ammoudi Bay. Would recommend both.

Case di Mere is in a great location, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Oia and Firra, but easy to get to both. You’ll hear the sound of the waves lapping the beach, you’ll see the sunrise and swimming in the clean Aegean sea on your own beach is superb.

Potential vacationers should know beforehand that they will need to rent transportation as no shops or restaurants in walking distance. You can order delicious delivery food from take-out however.

This lovely private villa sits right on the beach, with a jacuzzi and well-stocked kitchen! We adored our stay and George was such an amazing host!

Great for a quite relaxing time. Salt water pool, pebble/rock beach. Beautiful breakfast delivered to the villa
