As a non smoker I can smell the smoke coming in from the corridor

I stay there whenever I need to go to Kifissia/Athens. I like it because there is a private bathroom with shower etc. and it's good value for the price.

Location was good, it was noisy because they make constructions, the rooms where clean but there was a bad smell because some people probably use to smoke in the room.

Sometimes other people's smoke can enter the room, but one can open the balcony/window for fresh air. It's getting noisy quite early in the morning, not sure what they do so early, way before check out time. The bath could be cleaner, there was some dust on the bathroom heating towel rack and the shower floor wasn't super clean either, but again, for the price it's ok.

Expect no luxury, but all you need is there, including a fridge, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony. I stay here whenever I need to go for my medical treatment, because it's right in the middle between Kifissia metro station and the clinic itself. Considering the clinic costs, I'm grateful to have found an affordable accommodation. There is also a supermarket right in front of this guest house, where one can buy hot food around lunch time. In the beginning I just ordered Uber to move between the guest house and the clinic or Kifissia, or I walked, but I found out there are busses 9B and 543(?) moving between Kifissia station and my clinic and they stop close to the Cybele guest house.

A damn worker drove me crazy drilling above my head from 10:00 to 14:00 for 2 days. If you speak English come before 16:00.

Echoey hallway, which makes loud sounds in the hallway audible in the rooms.

Nice location, close to Kifissia train station. The price is good for the location, and a supermarket is next door, which makes it very convenient.

Reception staff absence during check-in and check out

I reserved the hotel for a single night and found its location to be convenient for those with access to a car, but less so for those without. While the room itself was satisfactory for a brief stay, the hotel's service left room for improvement. Upon arrival and departure, I encountered a delay of approximately 10 minutes on both occasions due to the absence of reception staff. This aspect detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. In conclusion, the hotel's location is suitable for car travelers, and the room is suitable for short stays, though the service quality could be enhanced to ensure a smoother guest experience.

The AC was very effective but also very noisy. The hotel is very basic but the price is very small for a hotel with parking possibilities. I think this hotel has seen better days. I only recommend it for short stays.

The hotel is very close to the highway and also quite close (10-12 min walk) to the subway so, is very easy to enter the city, park your car and go into town using the subway. Is also very easy to go back onto the highway. It has a supermarket right across the road, to buy coffee, water, even something for breakfast as the hotel doesn't serve one. It has a little fridge in the room, very useful.

I didnt like how the guy at the front didnt understand english.It was hard to communicate what I was asking for.I think the bed had bedbugs I had bites on me..The bed isnt comfortable.. There was no extra towels.I didnt know how to put the AC on

Location is a bit inconvenient to the centre of town and needs a taxi to get there.

Very clean room, good facilities for the price. Good a/c, fridge was a bonus and a good shower. I would recommend it to friends.

the evening receptionist guy was very incompetent to the point of not able to understand that my booking was for one night instead of two even while staring straight at the booking confirmation. The guy seems to be innumerate and had great trouble operating the EFT terminal. A simple check in took almost 15 minutes trying to communicate with this guy for the booking, payment and a non-smoking room instead of one which reeks. This hotel would have lost bookings because of this receptionist. With the high unemployment rate in Greece it's hard to see how they chose this guy when many other competent staff are available.

I only stayed for one night and I was a bit cold. Had I stayed longer I would have asked for a second woolly blanket for the night and I'm sure they would have given me another one.

The location was perfect for my clinic appointment. Be prepared that the older gentleman at reception doesn't speak English and there can be misunderstandings regarding length of stay and booking payment. However the man who was at the reception the following morning and the female employee I met in front of my room they both speak English. The lady in particular was very helpful in solving a booking related issue I had.

The hotel is very basic, but it's clean. It got a little loud late evening and early morning as, I presume, there are people returning and going to work, but it was quiet during the night.

The look and feel of a cheap hotel for an average price (Note: this was during Covid-19, when many hotels lowered their prices). The air conditioner made noise like a Boeing 747. The air conditioner could not keep the room cool during a heatwave.
