Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceVery small and crowded beach. Didn't expect to face the problem with sunbeds being occupied by towels from the morning. Unfortunately during my 5 days stay managed to find a spot at the beach only ones. Poor and very overpriced pool/beach menu. The choices are limited. Not even a salad. If you want to have a small healthy snack at the beach your only choice is fruit salad.
Amazing views. Nice location, 10min walk from Sivota. Very polite staff. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

MontenegroFamily rooms are old enough , especially bathroom. The main minus of the hotel is very pure menu for the lunch , fast food level menu and very overpriced , a bit strange that there is no choice of fresh local food like sardines , mussels , mousaka , fresh grill fish and sea food, local wine. The kids menu was also very pure with 3 fast food oiled fish sticks and french fries, waiters were very slow also.
The perfect location and the beach. Guest manager was also very professional like the beach staff.

United KingdomBathroom was small and could do with an update. Shower leaked everywhere. Not enough sockets. The private beach is lovely, but not big enough for all guests on a busy day. Guests put their towels on the best sun loungers early in the morning and leave them for long periods of time while they're having breakfast, lunch, etc. Not really fair on the rest of guests who are actually there and have nowhere to sit. This should be addressed by the staff.
Excellent breakfast and fantastic location. Views from the room terrace were amazing. Very friendly staff.

United KingdomThe shower leaked slightly; this was remedied by putting an extra towel on the floor.
I had high hopes on arrival for this stay and the hotel did not disappoint. I was upgraded to a larger room which was massive, with a huge terrace overlooking the beautiful sea. Helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was fantastic - good quality of food (dinner options imaginative but locally sourced, breakfast range decent and they serve proper coffee) and service efficient (dinner courses came slightly too fast out of the kitchen but this was a very minor slip). There are two pools - I really enjoyed using the infinity one for laps each morning, overlooking the ocean. I used the sun loungers on the cute little private beach one afternoon, enjoying excellent tacos and pina coladas. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk down the hill to the nearest town which has a range of affordable boat trips (water ferry to Blue Lagoon was around 12 euros, stopped off at various places), local shops and some restaurants.

FinlandOur experience was mostly faultless, but when we arrived and were offered the welcome drinks, the service was slow and inattentive. We wanted to order lunch and people that came after us got served swiftly, and we were left wondering. It didn't ruin our experience however. Minibar was a surprisingly poor experience, as there were no soft drinks but only bottles of water, wine and juice. We quite often use the minibar but this time there were nothing else for us to buy than the water bottles, which I think should be complimentary in the executive suite room. The price for a bottle was only 1e so didn't break the bank, however, always better to integrate the 2e as part of the room price than charge it separately.
We stayed in the Executive junior suite with private pool and we found it to be good value compared to many other hotels/locations in Greece (Mykonos, Santorini). The views are equally as good if not better and it feels like you get to wake up to a little piece of heaven each morning. The room was lovely and spacious, with modern bathroom and interiors. Bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The location is OK, not too far from the town center (although very hilly walk) and the taxi only costs 5e if needed. This is the price you've got to pay for the beautiful views! We loved the beach area as it was never too crowded and the views were once again beautiful. We visited Bella Vraka Beach and the hotels own beach was better in our opinion.

United KingdomMy son couldn’t bring the chef who made his breakfast pancakes home!
Lovely hotel in a relatively quiet part of Greece. The teenagers had a large double room with balcony they were very happy with. We went for a room with a pool looking out over the sea, perfect if you want some time to yourself or a late night dip under the stars. Everything was very clean, the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. When we had an issue with the air conditioning an engineer appeared within minutes to reset the system. The grounds are well looked after with flowers blooming everywhere. There is an infinity pool for adults and another for families. Neither was ever crowded. The small beach area soon fills up but the beds on the pontoon or higher up always had space. Take an early morning swim in the sea, you will be all alone to watch the sun come up over the hotel. The sea is warm and clear with fish and the occasional octopus for company. Kayaks, paddle boards are available too. Food is good but take a 15 minute walk into the port for variety, lots of restaurants and bars. Nightlife in Greece starts late and finishes who knows when! All in all, a great hotel run by friendly staff who provide wonderful service. Thank you.
