Not many places to eat around the hotel so you either go into Faliraki or Rhodes Town (we loved Rhodes Town)or have to pay for hotel buffet

Lovely room and nice beach (pebbles though. Staff were excellent and the place is super clean(as you would expect from 5*). We chose an Elite room which had separate rooftop area for breakfast which was lovely. Entertainment most nights although we didn't use it much

The shower in our room was very small and difficult to maneuver in. Rm 3504. Honestly I think it’s somewhat dangerous for older people.

As you know the main service of the hotel: Comfortable bed! Pillows do not correspond to the level of 5 stars! Flat and hard!

The hotel is comfortable, excellent service in restaurants and in the territory. Calm atmosphere. Conveniently located. Rodos City is 20 minutes by bus, Faliraki 5 minutes. Buses run frequently and quickly. A large, rocky beach with a blue flag. You must kill for approaching the sea!

It was just amazing!!! Everything was perfect. It’s perfectly located. The service was top notch. Rooms were great! Special shout out to Marilena who was amazing to us at breakfast. She made us feel so special (even remembering our coffee orders each morning).

There wasn’t enough sunbeds around the the pool. Everybody save them early in the morning. After breakfast you don’t get to have a chair. But if you go to the beach you can find a bed..

It was right on the beach. The facility was beautiful with delicious breakfast with wide variety of options and lots of deserts and fresh fruits and vegetables. The room was big and comfortable with beautiful terrace with ocean view. We had king bed with an extra single bed and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The rude lady on reception accusing us of not paying before we got there! She walked off!! Very rude! Manager is a v rude man no soul in this beautiful hotel could b so much better! Disgraceful

I emailed your property about booking an excursion ahead of time and was clearly told I don’t need to do it ahead of time and unfortunately, by the time we got to the hotel everything was booked. We were extremely upset and your hotel did nothing for us to make good on the bad advice they gave us. They didn’t upgrade us. They didn’t do anything they didn’t even apologize.

The service at this hotel was impeccable. The staff were so lovely and were so accomodating. The facilities and the cleanliness were impeccable. I would stay again, great location.

One odd thing was that they didn't have a bathroom in the lobby level when you arrive. We had to take the elevator to the level above, but they were cleaning it, so we had to go to another level below to use the bathroom. The dinner buffet is not worth it- just go to Faliraki or Old Town at night for dinner.

The breakfast is great, the pool and beach are lovely with great access. Wonderful to have the bus stop outside. Staff is kind and it is clean and comfortable. We did do one night with the restaurant where you cook your food on the hot stone which has a lovely view and live music later at night. The store on the lobby level was great for anything you might forget or to buy water bottles and snacks- loved that they literally had everything in there available. Would stay here again to relax- we loved the pool with the water features and loved the beach and that they can bring you food and drinks- very convenient.

Great breakfast and very helpful staff, exactly what you expect from a hotel of this kind. Parking was a bit small, but we always managed to find a spot. We loved live music at the beach around 9 - 11 PM, and the piano at the bar.

Everything. We were evacuated from Pefkos and booked this place last minute at a really good rate and they even upgraded our rooms:). The breakfast was delicious. Rooms clean and large with amazing views. Wine and sweets in the room was a lovely touch. Pool was perfect. All the staff were lovely and the beach bar was especially beautiful with great staff :)

Margarita in coffee cups next to the pool.

Pool was beautifully positioned, even with lots of people didn’t feel crowded. Diner buffet was very good. Make my own pasta was great and fun. Lightning at night was amazing.

The beach access to the sea is very Stoney so you need to actually enter the sea wearing shoes . Hotel should build a walkway into the sea as the shallow part is very uncomfortable on your feet
