Location is perfect. The view was awesome. Home was quite clean. Owner and her son were very kind and helpful. if I come again to Kavala, I will stay here.

the only thing that troubled us was access , to get to the elevator you have to go up around 10 steps , which was challenging with a stroller and young kids.

The location is amazing , we could walk everywhere easily. View from the balcony is great and a great place to relax ! The Appartment is in an old building , the apartment has been renovated and is great for a family stay.

Everything was more than perfect.

Exceptional location, on the sea front and in the center of everything, close to the best restaurants, the old town, shops. The apartment is the best I have ever stayed in Kavala - clean, cozy, stylish and comfortable. Exactly as shown in the pictures, even better. There is a big, nice balcony with a splendid view over the city and the sea. All the facilities and the furniture are modern, comfortable and new, and you have absolutely everything you might need for your stay, even an iron. The owner Kiki is an exceptional lady - kind, helpful, warm, smiling and with a personal touch to her guests. I would definitely come back to this place again. Thank you, Kiki, for everything you did for us, hugs and hope to see you soon for longer stay.

Everything was perfect.

The 2+1 shaped house has a magnificent location overlooking the port and the sea. The house and kitchen are nicely decorated and everything you need is available. It is just in city center and it has all kinds of eating, drinking or shopping opportunities around. There is also a paid parking lot nearby. The house owner is a very good lady and you can always communicate, she tries to help in every way. There are many beautiful beaches in and around Kavala. You can have your breakfast at home and visit many options up to a maximum distance of 20-25 minutes by car.

All was perfect but as our stay was during the weekend, there was a bit of traffic noise from the street.

The facility is excellent. Very clean and we had everything we needed.The host is very responsive and we had no problem communicating with her.Very central location and within walking distance all the nice coffee shops and taverns.

This is an exemptional apartment, in the best location. The Host communication ahead of our stay was great, she was friendly and responded instantly to any questions we had. A very stylish apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large lounge and meals area, a fully equipped kitchen, a practical bathroom and a large balcony, It was perfect for our adult family of 4. The space was very clean, modern with amazing sea views as advertised. Location was amazing in the heart of Kavala opposite the port with restaurant bars and cafes within your doorstep. We would defiantly be staying there again and very highly recommend it. We feel so lucky to have found this treasure in the beautiful town of Kavala.

Only little negative point was the smell of the harbour sometimes, depending on the wind direction, which forced us to keep the door closed and the air condition on. But this is something the owner can't really influence...

The owner was waiting for us at the entrance. All was pefect, big appartment, wonderfull view on the harbour. Very central and close to all shops, restaurants, ...etc The host is very sympathic and shared a lot of usefull information. Thank you so much!

It sounds like Mrs. Kiki's house is exactly as shown in the photos and right across from the sea, and that everything you needed was available inside the house, including a Nespresso machine. A warm welcome with special gifts made as very much like home. Mrs. Kiki's kind and friendly behaivors made our holiday truly unique. If you're looking for a place to stay in Kavala, you should definitely stay here.
