I liked everything. This is not about the accommodation, just an observation in terms of transport: in the location the accommodation is, in my opinion it is better to rent a car and not depend on buses.

Kostas and Eva are extremaly kind and friendly. The accommodation is very clean, simple, but comfortable. Easy to park.

Bed was firmer than I like.

Very close to a few beaches and restaurants. Quiet area, which we like. The owners were helpful with good recommendations for restaurants and other areas of Kefalonia. Thank you Eva & Costa for a lovely stay

The check in was pretty bad. They accept only cash which is unacceptable for any modern world business. I understand that everyone has their own procedures for tax e.t.c. but we live in a modern world where everything is through the internet. We had to search for an ATM at 3 pm in the afternoon with 40c outside. The room was very standard, I was not expecting more for a 2 star hotel. The air purifier was not connected to push the smoke from cooking outside, the toilet was smelling like sewage in the evening, not sure if that was happening because of the very hot weather.

The apartments are in an isolated area, there is beautiful scenery and a very relaxing view. The hosts are welcomed, although we did not stay for much longer so we could meet them better.

Probably the signal of internet but it depends by the zone

we were greeted with a lot of attention and great courtesy. our needs were always met. it has a nice typical restaurant in thirty meters and a very nice beach five minutes away called Ai Hellis

Pity that the terrace of the apartment is not equipped with some shadowing system, during the hot days it is not possible to stay outside during the day. Also, this would allow to keep the apartment a bit cooler and thus to use the A/C less. A/C: out of 3 machines, only 1 works properly. The one in the living room is not very efficient and one (in one of the bedrooms) only blows air without cooling.Wi-fi is very poor, even browsing the internet is very slow. Most of all, we were bothered by the complete lack of trust of the host: upon arrival, we were not allowed to enter the apartment before paying in full and providing IDs for all guests (it was almost 40°C outside).

Big apartment, two terraces, calm area, close to the beach, parking available. Clean premises, towels and bedsheets are changed regularly, garbage is taken out everyday.

Warm, friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely cool apartment despite the heatwave (we were on the ground floor) with good air con. Felt spacious and was very well equipped. Plenty of storage space which is often not the case in Greece. Only a five minute walk to Ai Helis beach and a short drive to Klismatsias beach. Restaurant was a minute away across the road and a bar/Grill and well stocked supermarket were just around the corner. We had a really comfortable stay.

We were notified in advance by Eva the owner that it was cash payment only, which is fine although unusual in the modern world we live in. Unfortunately we were made to feel uncomfortable when we requested a receipt for payment which we were never provided with. After a long day travelling from another island we didn’t really appreciate the long check in and explanation as to why we couldn’t have a receipt. Property difficult to find as we couldn’t see any signage.

It was a little bit off the beaten track and we loved the peace and quiet. You could walk out around the area comfortable on the roads as not too much traffic. It was a great place to spot the planes coming into the airport, don’t let this put you off as this did not cause any noise issues. You are also not far from a lovely beach and a little further walk away takes you along the blast to another beach equally as nice, also make sure you catch the sunset in Ames, which is a lovely walk along the coastal road. Costas the owner made a great effort to make our stay comfortable he was a lovely friendly person and always met us with a smile or a hello. Costas provided us with water on arrival and a beach umbrella.

Nothing we didn’t like , the bed was a little harder than what we are used to. Would of been nice to have a sun lounger to relax on after long days exploring

nothing I didn’t like

The location was superb, it was 5 minutes from the airport but couldn’t hear the planes at all. Near some amazing restaurants and the most incredible beach - all within 5 minutes walk. I cannot praise the owners of this small family run business more highly - they are incredible kind, warm and welcoming. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities and more. The views of the sea and the Greek island of Zante (from our balcony!) were stunning.

Eva’s apartments are in a great setting beautiful view from studio balcony and a very reasonable price.It is just a 5 minute walk to Al Helis beach Eva and Costa’s are great hosts so kind and helpful.We stayed for two nights. Studio was well equipped with good air and big balcony.

Bathroom too small, after a shower is not available cause is flooded

You get what you pay: I don't get the negative reviews It's one of the cheapest place around the area, super close to a beach, close to the airport (during the night there is 0 noise pollution), within walking distance there are good restaurants as well; comfy bed and room with big balcony (with everything u need if u want to prepare something easy), moreover Eva and her husband were friendly and available

kitchen utensils aren't good enough. kettle is old, and the lid is broken. no washing machine.
