The bathroom wasn't in the best condition and very small. The shower was tiny. It was impossible to have a normal shower, as the shower curtain was sticking on your body and it was impossible to move. But this is Greece and in this price class you can't expect 5 stars, so all good. The pool looks a lot bigger on the photos. The jacuzzi would have been great, if the water wouldn't have been freezing in it

It's a nice little hotel in a lovely location. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady from the hotel was very friendly. Room was clean and the beds very comfy. We enjoyed out time there

Location. The hotel is on the road. The balconies are on the road also and it is very noisy. You can’t use the balconies and can not sleep with windows or door open.

Two bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has 3 balconies, 3 air conditioners, it has hairdryer in every bedroom, equipped kitchen with everything you need. It is built with very quality materials and doesn’t look cheap.

Our room was close to the main road and the noise level was high even at night, the wifi was also weak there, but ok in the centre of the hotel. There was an old building smell in the room, it faded a bit after they mopped the floor.

I enjoyed swimming in the 2m deep pool, even though it was small. The hosts are very friendly, they tried to help when I had problems with my car. Room 22 was big, we enjoyed also the terrace. The food served at the hotel is ok.

We stayed in room 17, on the ground floor, in front of the pool. The room is big, just as in the pictures, the sink faucet really needs to be changed. The bed was very comfortable. Although the pool is very small, it has its own charm, especially at night. The location is on the main road, somehow at the entry in the center of Afytos, but only 5-10minutes walking till there. The owners are amazing, very helpful, and kind!

The hotel is located on the main road but this wasnt a big deal for us.

The staff are super nice and easy reachable. The room we got was spacy and clean with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. There was a mini fridge but no kitchen utensils, if you ask for some the staff will provide them. Our room also had a nice patio to chill. There is a pool and a hot tub also which we didnt use. Wifi is ok and if you want to do a late check out and enjoy the beach to the fullest on your last day you can leave later with a small extra fee. The village center is in walking distance but the beach is best reachable by 5 minutes drive by car.

I have stayed in this hotel before. It is a bit dated. But it is very good value for the money. Some of the staff speak very good English and are very helpful. The only downfall is that the hotel is right next to the main road going through the town. The Greeks like their loud fast motorbikes 🏍 at night 🌙. So if your looking for a peaceful tranquil holiday, I would recommend that you stay as far away from the main road as possible! But if you are just to looking for a base for travelling around in your car as I did, this is ideal!

The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home. The convenient parking facility was a huge plus for me as in Afytos this is kind of an issue. The room was comfortable, and the location was ideal. I recommended it!

I booked a double room of 25 m2, based on the pictures and the description on the booking, for which I paid €318 in advance. When we arrived, the girl at the reception told us that she made a mistake and that she would accommodate us in a smaller room, and we were going to change it after 2 nights. After I went and saw the room (it has a maximum of 10 m2 and it doesn't even appear on the website) I asked if we could change it earlier. The girl at the reception told us that we might succeed if we waited to talk to the owner the next day. After we waited for him until 11 o'clock, the owner didn't even pay attention to us and told the girl at the reception to tell us that we were changing it after another day. On the day we had to change it, they asked us to vacate the room we were staying in by 11 a.m., to leave our luggage at the reception and to return after 3 p.m. to receive the originally reserved room. We went to the beach, we came back at 7 p.m., they got very nervous because we made a complaint on booking.com and they offered us 150 to leave. We didn't accept their money and they kicked us out of the hotel. When I asked them where I would sleep and why they didn't notify me earlier that they were canceling my reservation, they said it wasn't their problem. They actually made fun of us and laughed in our faces. On departure, a representative of the hotel followed us for several kilometers on a scooter. I had to drive all night, about 1000 km. Please avoid them or report on booking.com if you go and something is not right.

The room was really small and not like the pictures (they have really good photographer haha). Air conditioning was really poor. In our room the half of lights didnt work and the other half we couldn’t turn off, so we had to sleep with the lights on.

The location is great, really close to the city center (you can go by foot). And there is a pool, small one.

unfortunately it was right on the main road (map made it seem it wasn’t) so in high season it could be noisy. the room smelled of petrol, the smoke detector was missing (the room had an open fire option so I hope they get this fixed soon). shower was cosy and it took a while to heat water up. I think that once they get snagging sorted it will be better (eg light switches). only saw staff on arrival and departure
