Everything about this property was beyond my expectations.

The bathroom in our room was dark and once you opened the door it partially blocked the sink area. Would be nice to have a full sized mirror somewhere in the room even if it was in the wardrobe. The hotel is not too far from the centre but roads and especially stairs are not in good condition. It is un uphill walk on the way back and we had to use a torch light on our phone when walking in the dark.

We stayed in a sea view room and while the view was nice the terraces have no privacy as you can literally shake hands with your neighbours unless you get a top floor room where you have a balcony. Breakfast was amazing - you get a menu for cooked breakfast to order from and there are lots of continental options too. Transfers to and from port/airport and daily evening transfers to Old Port in certain times.

The road round the hotel, Very little problem in October but perhaps more in high season.

The pool was not heated, so very cold and unusable.

It's not what we did not like, but just to warn people lots of walking involved and many stairs to get to the city as this hotel is sitting high on a hill, we loved it but not for eveybody. Of course one could use the provided shuttle to get 'downtown'

Terrific location, amazing breakfast very extensive offer, quiet, well decorated, transport to and from the port and airport in luxury van. Regular shuttle to the port on the hour.

We had a window to the corridor so light was coming in at night. Not a major thing but something to be aware of.

Excellent service, transfer from the port included. Beautiful vistas over Mykonos and helpful staff. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

The sound proofing between rooms and floors was very poor and the noise from the corridor was louder than expected.

Very stylish, the staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. The service running to the town and back again was fabulous.

Great location, with wonderful views, quiet streets, and a nice path right into town. Loved the pool and relaxing areas. The breakfast was also stellar!

Not enough poolside seating - staff offering to take a drinks order by the pool would be helpful too.

Our bedroom was a great size, just enough with the best view high across Mykonos.

Only quibble The guy who did the airport transfer - the least welcoming meet and greet I’ve ever had - actually it was a ‘ meet’ there was really no ‘ greet ‘ A smile and a welcome to Greece would have been nice

Fabulous hotel, great and very helpful staff with local knowledge and recommendations, lovely breakfast with eggs cooked to perfection. Complimentary airport transfers and evening shuttle bus to and from the town. Fantastic views over the town, bay and port from the pool area, breakfast room and balcony. Our sea view room was clean and spacious.

Location was great as it’s right above the shopping and restaurants. The pool area was cool to overlook the city, ocean & sunset. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful with recommendations. Room was very clean & great view from balcony. Breakfast was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hermes it was amazing and beautiful ♥️ .. such beautiful views, an excellent breakfast with awesome service all around!! We Loved the free bus service to the town centre of an evening!! Would recommend this hotel

Pool is small and not very inviting but we didn use it any way.

Modern small hotel located on walking distance and not far from Mykonos town. (well walking down to the city is easy task, climbing up back hill to the hotel every night wasnt great but its managable and you defenetelly sleep better:) Room was nice and clean with a sea view. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and with a nice choices to order. Great variety of eggs dishes every day. Very friendly staff. All in all it was a nice and pleasent stay. Recomended

- A downside of this hotel would be the location, I should’ve done my research as the hotel is on top of a hill. After a night out in Mykonos or simply walking from the bus stop to the hotel is quite the hike, and even doing down the hill, it is quite steep. - They also did not have long mirrors at all anywhere in the hotel.

The triple room was huge, it made it very easy for the three of us to share a room. The staff were very kind, the breakfast was very very good, especially the à la carte menu. Though we arrived early, they tried their best to have the room ready, in the meantime they stored our bag and allowed us to use the pool. And what I loved most is that they found as a hair
