Love Hydroussa Hotel. It's such a stunning elegant beautiful building. Our room was really a suite with a lovely sitting room, beautiful bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. The location is perfect. - Just a minutes walk to the harbour so quiet private. View of harbour beautiful. Breakfast - amazing. Restaurants shops are close and excellent. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Friendly helpful thoughtful caring Loved our stay

Beautiful building, our room was small but bed comfy and bathroom lovely with decent shower and plenty of room to put everything. Very traditional. Breakfast was included and an excellent variety. Best scrambled eggs ever!! All staff very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to the port

The only choice of a bed cover, which consisted of a blanket inside a coverlet, was far too warm for me. The blanket and it’s cover could not be easily separated. It would have helpful to have a sheet added under the coverlet to use as my only covering.

Breakfast choices were were abundant and excellent. Staff, overall, we’re friendly and helpful. Rooms was thoughtfully designed. Very close to the port.

Registration clerk Zoe, and coutyard waiter Bill were both excellent in everything they handled, and made our stay so enjoyable. Waitress Magda was wonderful also.

They had no kettle for making tea and/or a coffee maker. Room a bit spare, lacking warmth. No outlets by the bed for charging phone etc.

Location! Flat access. Quiet area. Lovely courtyard for drinks, relaxing.

Shortage of power points, had to unplug lamp socket to charge phone and use hairdryer. No kettle/tea facilities in room. Lighting not very bright for reading in bed. Room 304 beware, the bathroom is poorly appointed and VERY SMALL! I could hardly get into the shower- I am medium fat but not very fat and I felt uncomfortable getting into and once in the shower, anyone bigger than me could injure themselves on the doors and taps. Only one small hook, no towel rail, nowhere to hang clothes or toilet bag No shelves on walls or around sink for soap or toothbrush. Nowhere to put toiletries or make up. No hairdryer, I had to ask for one and staff told me it was not there as bathroom was TOO SMAll, too right! They provided a hairdryer that I could use in the bedroom when asked. The spare toilet roll was left in the bedroom as there was no spot to leave it in the bathroom!

Beautiful Courtyard, peaceful location and lovely view over courtyard, town and to the sea. Beautiful historic building and nice decor in communal areas. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice Very clean room and bathroom Beach towels provided Comfortable and large bed with nice bed linens and plenty of towels Nice wooden furniture and decor Ducks in the square out front. Water provided in room Quiet fridge in room Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nice bar in courtyard open till 11pm.

We had a wonderful stay at Hydroussa Hotel Hydra. The staff were very helpful and kind, our room was nicely laid out with a very comfortable bed and the breakfast buffet was great too with a lovely courtyard for eating.

Perfect location a short walk from the port, a heritage building tastefully renovated with good size bedroom and modern bathroom. There was a good choice for breakfast and we particularly liked sitting outside in the courtyard. Surprised this accommodation is only rated 3 stars, it was one of our favourite hotels in Greece.

The directions given to one local restaurant were not specific enough. We did find the restaurant but only by asking supplemental directions from a local away from the hotel.

The room was spacious and inviting. The breakfast menu was diverse and good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The walk from the port to the hotel was reasonably short.

It is a beautiful, centrally located hotel that is nearly furnished. The public areas seem to have antique decor, the rooms are modern and the patio was lovely! We enjoyed breakfast each morning.
