Lovely quiet location with easy to reach platanias and chania only a bus/taxi ride away. Spotlessly clean and very helpful and friendly staff

Not that there was anything we 'didn't like' but they seem to be missing out on potential money making options. There are no poolside drinks or snacks provided, although there does appear to be a catering area with tables and chairs on a terrace. Although to be fair, the majority of guests do appear to be using it as a base to explore from. We were the only people around the pool the majority of the time.

We stayed in what appears to be the newer single storey build. The bed was so comfortable, lovely clean white sheets. Kitchen area was spotless, I imagine the cupboards are cleaned out after every stay, washing up liquid and a sponge were provided. Chopping board, sharp knives, cutlery, kettle etc all provided and spotlessly clean. A hairdryer was also provided. Washing up bowl in bathroom to rinse clothes out in. Excellent location, bakery for fresh bread in the morning was a two minute walk. Supermarkets within a few minute walk. Bus stops near by. Walking distance to Kolimbari or Tavronitis. We had a late flight and were allowed to keep the room on rather than vacate in the morning.

A car is needed even though you can use the public transportation but it takes for sure 40 to 50 minutes to arrive to Chania center.

Nice spacious room ,good facilities with a decent size pool for the days when you feel lazy to go to the beach. I totally recommend visiting kolympari where you can find delicious Greek traditional food by the sea.

The only minus was the shower. It is an open one and there is no way to hang the hand shower on the wall. But even if at the beginning we thought that would create a mess in the bathroom, the drainage system on the floor keeps everything in order!

The place is super functional and nice, all you need is there. Kitchen tools, a comfy bed, a nice balcony that fits a table and two chairs, and a quiet swimming pool to relax on those days you want to stay nearby. All the services you need are max 5-minute walk. A big plus is that if you are not a big adventurer the beach in front of Karmi, Rapaniana Beach, is very nice. For the adventurers, Karmi Apartments is located in a very strategic area. All the best beaches of the west part of Crete are reachable in a maximum of one hour by car! I would like to mention also the kindness of the owner who last minute gave us the possibility to add one unplanned extra night at the end of our stay. Karmi Apartments has also parking lots and a garage.

We came with a late flight and checked ourselves into our room. We had a good night's sleep. The beds were comfy.

There was a bit of an ant problem, but no big deal if you're careful about not leaving any food, etc, out.

The room is basic but clean and good size, and really has all that's needed. Rubbish was removed daily, plus sheets and towels replaced every second day. A good location to be at if you plan to explore the western side of Crete. Close to Chania and a good supermarket is not far down the road. The pool is a big bonus.

The bus takes approximately an hour from Chania bus station during peak hours . There are many shops, hotel,, restaurant,and tourists on the journey.

The place was nice, clean and spacious. Nice pool, bus stop super close by. The owner let us stay ALL day on our checkout day because our ferry an overnight. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Loved it! The room is spacious and comfortable, very clean, aircon and TV, nice balcony with a cloth hanger for your wet clothes, there is a safe, they clean and change towels everyday. The bus stop is just a few steps to go to Elafonisi and Balos or Chania. Supermarkets very close and the beach 5 minute walk. The manager is the NICEST greek person I have met! So kind and flexible. Thanks!

Too little cupboard space in the kitchen, too few pots and pans. Similarly, too little space for clothes.

Peace an qiet, very clean. Nice views from balcony. Nice swimming pool. A knob on the cooker broke and they provided a new one in less than 15 minutes.
