If you want a place full of peace and relaxation, I recommend this hotel especially for the long and clean beach with very comfortable sunbeds and the very beautiful and well-maintained garden. The pool is lovely and the hotel also provides beach towels. Loved their gym and sauna! The internet is very good both in the room and on the beaches. And last but not least, here I met the kindest and most professional staff ... many thanks especially to Despina Kaliva who was an amazing host.

The thing we didn't like is that the main restaurant gets full quickly and there are not enough seats left outside. The beach is lovely but hard to find a set of sunbeds with an umbrella after 9am. Hotel guests go early and put all their belongings to keep, despite the hotel's express policy not to. As a recommendation, I can give more evenings with Greek music in the Magnolia restaurant, not only on Sundays. The performers sing great! Despite the recommendations above, I would recommend the hotel to friends and would return again. Thank you for your wonderful attitude and effort!

We are back from a week's holiday with our big family. The complex has great gardens and paths for walks. Our baby was doing great. Our older children had fun on the playground and on the tennis table. We are extremely impressed by the wonderful attitude of the staff and more specifically by Despina and Vangelis. Throughout our stay they were smiling, friendly and always responsive. We had a special occasion and they made sure to make it really special for us. Congratulations! We will gladly visit the hotel again next year!

The hotel is quite old and this shows, even though it was very clean the furniture is a bit outdated and one of the rooms had repaired ceilings/walls ( room 334 ). The food is unfortunately mediocre for the half board and the most disappointing thing was the tzatziki. since it is a greek product i expected it to be amazing.

The rooms were clean all the time and the cleaning ladies asked us all the time if we need anything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Despina and Vaggelis which made the restaurant experience and our overall stay very pleasant. There was an incident at 5 am where some british people were slamming doors and yelling near our door ( room 356 ) and woke up our baby, but i called the reception and they handled the issue. in the morning they asked us if there were anymore problems and appologized even though it was not their fault. Thank you so much!

The hotel is outdated in the equipment that was in the suite, such as the air conditioning and the televisions. We took half board and although there were large amounts of food, the selection was smaller than expected from a 5-star hotel.

Very nice atmosphere, very nice people! Especially Despina, Maria and Vangelis impressed us with their style! They behave so nice, paying attention to everyone, smiling and sharing about the place and about Greece😊 The food was very diverse and very, very good! Compliments to the chefs! Room with garden access could be good choice for children. Problem is that sun is never coming to that room, and you can smell it. Room equipment is not a 5 star, to be fair also price is not a 5 star price.

Outside area and facilities are very good. Lot of space, different quiet corners to relax, not crowded beaches. Staff is polite and professional.

The food was very good and varied. We got a bottle of water in the room every day for each person. Very beautiful and well-kept garden. Many outdoor or indoor activities (Pilates, aqua gym, sauna). A gorgeous pool. Long and clean beach with very comfortable sunbeds. The hotel provides beach towels!

The Value of this resort is help out with some of these negative aspects. In general most of the rooms seemed rather dated. Its not like I would place them in a "bad" category. But the room we were in was most certainly not "good". Very average. A very serious down side was the water pressure for the shower in our room. I have had bad water pressure before but this really takes the trophy. Again, for the price the resort is, its not a deal breaker but still very annoying. Wifi in general at the resort was good. But bad quality in our room. As low as 3mbps/1mbps with 200ping. So be prepared for bad speeds in some rooms. Speeds in the lobby were much better and even the speeds on the beach were better than our room. We only ate at the buffet at the resort (and a few times off the property). In general the buffet was vey average but again for the price I felt it was ok. In my opinion your impression of this resort will be based on your previous experiences at other resorts. If you have been to other higher end resorts, this may leave you disappointed. But if you are looking for a quick and simple get away, this is a great option!

First of all.... The staff were all so friendly. And not the fake kind of friendly you might encounter in resorts in other parts of the world. This really stood out to me, and helped turn our experience from average to good! This resort is not extremely large. Our room was one of the furthest away from the beach and yet it was not a disappointment to walk to the beach everyday. The beach itself was nice. Great relaxed atmosphere. In general I would say the what makes this resort stand out so much was the value it offered. I thought it was very fair pricing for what you received.

The hotel is 5-star; that goes perhaps more for the gardens, the pool and the food. When it came to our room (3rd floor): furniture seemed rather from the 90s, and the room was small for our taste. We found the bathroom near to unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Everything was clean, that was not the problem: but it seemed old, from 30 yrs. ago. Room cleaning was very slow, sometimes we had to go to the reception at around 3pm to ask the room be made. General advice to whom this hotel might be suited: families with children. If you're looking for a romantic couple relax hotel, don't bother with this one. There were mostly ill-educated children everywhere, sorry folks!. The pool is so large you could actually swim, if you only could. But you can't because all the children are in the pool, and not at the nearby childrens' pool. So the pool area was actually loud and crowded, forget about taking a nap or reading a book. Some food at the buffet got so utterly destroyed by children (not guided by their parents) that you did not want to take from it. Dinner time: dinner stops at 9.30pm. Coming from a Mediterranean country (Italy), this was rather early for us as our normal dinner time would be around 9/9.30pm. - From our point of view, we suggest to extend at leat to 10pm.

We liked the position of the hotel, the premises and gardens are very well kept; there is a big pool, as well as a private beach, all very well kept. Service at the pool and at the beaches works well, there was staff going around all the time asking if we wanted to order something. Huge breakfast buffet, with everything you could immagine, from pancakes to scrumbled eggs, french pastries, muesli, cakes ... everything. Same goes for the evening buffet, a selection of Greek dishes plus international cuisine. A very good wine list, we really enjoyed our stay when it came to eating, also because the staff at the main restaurant was always very quick and friendly.
