To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaI would have liked more peace between 3-5 in the afternoon. The noise was generally made by the manager talking loudly in the yard, at the station or on the phone. Although the hotel yard is wide and generous, it can be used by customers only if you order products at the bar. Bar products are expensive and very expensive, so you can't always order. The staff was kind and calm.
The breakfast was good, but not very varied. The coffee was not good. For us, the location was very good. The hotel was cleaned daily, but the mini-doses of shampoo and shower gel were not received every day in the same way: at first I received them for me and my husband, then I received them only for one person. It would have been necessary because we returned from the beach every day, and the daily shower was necessary. Overall it was good, we had a good vacation!

BulgariaI visited the hotel for first time a year ago, but my second stay was even more wonderful. So many things changed for good. The beautiful garden made me feel like it was a miracle place. The touch to detail was felt everywhere. New shower and equipment, one of the most delicious breakfast I ever tasted, with local product and friendly people all around you. The water placed in the room was great addition to the relaxing stay. For sure, my next stay will be much longer, in order to enjoy the comfort they offer.

BulgariaActually, there wasn't such a thing! I really enjoyed my time there and everyone was so polite and friendly that I cannot even think of anything I didn't like! Thank you for your care and for investing your time, thinking about every single details so as to make the place feel like home!
The location was absolutely perfect! I can definitely say it's worth it to go there if you want to experience lovely sandy beach, quiet area and I was impressed the manager took care about the quiet hours, so we could sleep and relax! As for the breakfast, it was so delicious, I paid attention to the fact that people used local products like feta cheese, Thassian spun sweets, for instance, nut and rose, local Thassian jam and pine wood tree honey, which I'd love to try again! Also, there were free bottles of water provided every single day in the room, which was great, as well! Not to mention the rooms - it just smells like at home! I am happy I decided to choose this hotel! Thank you, guys!

BulgariaWe are returning guests and what a pleasant surprise we had! The hotel feels like home in a great way - calm, relaxing with great breakfast! The garden is a beautiful addition and the beach is super close. They even had a zone at the beach just for the guests and the fee was reasonable. The hotel's bar is fully functioning and we had a great time there. The hotel is super clean and we will for sure be back again!

GreeceWe spent 700 € for 3 nights for 2 adults and 1 kid aged four years old in a quite low class Hotel which is not worth at all this money with regard to what it offers. It had a very old kitchenette and fridge which were rusty, the bathroom was stinking and outside in the balcony we could not stay as it smelled smoke from cigarettes coming from the people next door. On the backside at the entrance there was rubbish. All in all a frustrating experience as we could stay in a much better place spending much less money.
The staff was very friendly, specifically the two ladies at the reception and the bar where we had breakfast and the cleaning lady. The breakfast was ok. The garden and the swimming pool were fine. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels and bed linen would be provided.

United States of AmericaThe property is good it’s just that the little things that make it kind of weird like one thing is the housekeeping they usually wait for everyone to get out of there your rooms but here is Kazaviti Hotel they just go in the room without asking you have to the balcony and wait for them to finish your room and it’s really uncomfortable.
The Hotel has goood things to like the location is really close to the beach and there is a beautiful pool which are things I personally like
