We visited Ktima Kourou by the end of the summer season and had a wonderfull time. The host is very friendly. It´s peacefull place in beautiful green garden, really nice, clean and romantic stone villa. And breakfast in outside terrace with fresh fruit was great ! Flowers were still blooming, birds were singing, it was like a small place from farytale.

Noisy cockerels but also part of the charm.. you feel one with nature!

Absolutely stunning location. A short stroll to the beach, a mini supermarket at the top of the road, with an abundance of places to eat within a 10-15 minute walk. We paid for breakfast for the first morning as we were getting in late, it was laid out as a spread and was delicious, we also had the pleasure of dining with the tortoises right outside our front door, and even spotted the baby tortoise once in our 3 day stay, so keep your eyes peeled! The apartment itself was stunning, very traditional with lots of rustic furniture and was cleaned everyday with our towels being replaced each time. The pool area was so cute and for some reason we had it to ourselves during the time we were there, even though there were others staying in other apartments. It felt like a little peaceful haven and can’t wait to go back. Staff were also so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, and really can’t wait to stay here again if we book Zakynthos again!

Cannot fault it. Perfect.

Everything was literally perfect. The property is beyond gorgeous, pool was incredible, we had TURTLES right outside our door!!!! We got upgraded to the big 3 bedroom house which was breathtaking. Anastasia whatsapped me the day before arrival looking for our arrival time and asked if we needed a taxi. We were coming by ferry into Agios Nikolas port which is a 45 minute drive away so she organised a taxi for us which ended up being a Mercedes Sprinter private transfer with my name on a sheet and all! She also organised our taxi to the airport the following morning. She really organised absolutely everything for us! I've never had this level of service before. Honestly outstanding. Planos is quite a touristy district so you may wish to venture out to Zakynthos town or the outskirts if you like. The property is also only 5 minutes of a walk to a water park which was great fun.

Wifi was a bit up and down, but that island life you for! Only thing we didn't like was having to go home!

We had an amazing stay with Anastasia and Mrs Eleni. They were very welcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful, meets more than you could expect. An amazing BBQ area which we took advantage of, a beautiful quiet location. We'd definitely come back again, when the pool is open to use!

In the kitchen we missed some spices and oil/vinegar. Also a dishwasher will be nice.

It's a gorgeous quiet sweet place. With a heaven's garden, very private houses, pool and awesome bedrooms and planed spaces. Many spots in yard and house perfectly planned, balcony is nice. All garden is blooming. Beach is very near, also unlike many other places not crowded at all. I will remember this place for my future vacations.

There were big leaks in the home. Staff didn't seem to mind. Slipped/fell a couple of times because someone was showering and at random locations water fell on the slippery tiles on the ground floor. Showers otherwise near unusable because it was either burning hot or cold. Told the staff, didn't seem bothered. 2/4 beds were very hard.
