I stayed in another hotel of same price the night before and the facilities and condition of the property were very much better. Maybe the issue is not so much that this hotel was not priced correctly, but that the other one was priced incredibly well!

Nothing negative, but just as information for future guests: the bathroom itself is a bit outdated and the room is pretty simple in furniture and décor - although this wasn't an issue for us.

The location is amazing, just 15 minutes walk from the ferry port of Paros. In the winter time there are not many places open, but we still easily found restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacy very close by. The hotel is by the beach and the views from the balcony are great (we got the sea view room). The room itself was quite simple but was perfect for our goal, which was just to have a place for our overnight layover between 2 ferry rides. The host was very helpful and communicative.

Great location, easy to walk around Parikia to bars, restaurants, port etc. Easy to get ferries to other islands. Room basic, but spotlessly clean. Good size balcony. Hot water throughout stay. Excellent WiFi. Staff very helpful and attentive. Borrowed a beach umbrella from reception free of charge and when we asked for items such as wine glasses for the room they were provided immediately. Amazing sunsets from the beach outside. Lovely pizza from the restaurant next door. Great value for money, would stay again, but in a seaview room.

Great views of beach and harbour and excellent place to watch the sunsets from rooms private balcony. Staff were welcoming, friendly and offered helpful advice on local matters.

The room was small and bathroom was very aged and could do with an upgrade. Restaurant was permanently closed. No lift so be prepared to carry your own bags up lots of stairs.

Fabulous location opposite swimming beach. Easy walk along beach path into old town. Supermarket close by. Had a side view of the water.

Unfortunately we booked a room for 4 adults and the room with the trundle bed was very small and beds not really comfortable for adults . It made the room very uncomfortable in terms of space . Air-conditioning a little ineffective .

The location was great , the staff always friendly. Not too far to walk into main centre of Paros . Right across the road from the beach .

We wish there was a hose to wash our feet before we came in from the beach. Really minor but it could have helped us keep our room cleaner. We were also expecting to have breakfast included. From what we read on this website we thought breakfast was included. When we arrived we learned that the restaurant was closed. We were fine, but we think this should be corrected on the website.

The location was beautiful: great sea views right next to a lovely beach and within walking distance of town. Parking was really easy and convenient. The staff were lovely, friendly, and informative.

The location was perfect if you want to be near a small beach. Lots of eating options nearby. The room was light and airy. Beds were comfortable and there was a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Hotel Livadia was great value for money. Right on the main road so it's a quick walk from the ferry dock to get there. Heaps of restaurants around so there is a lot to choose from. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the main town to explore. The rooms were decent with a balcony which was nice to sit on in the morning and afternoon. They are a bit small to navigate with suitcases but manageable.
