Amazing location and modern design. Well facilitated and super clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. Food and bar streets for young people are walkable in 20mins. Also just 15mins taxi away to the tourist areas.

Our host in Athens was absolutely perfect! She gave us clear instructions for everything and even recommended a fantastic local tavern that we loved. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped—everything we needed was there. She was also super relaxed and never pressured us about anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, especially for young travelers like us. Next time we visit Athens, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Caterina was prompt and clear with communication and instructions how to access apartment. The apartment was comfortable and clean and in a great location. Caterina provided some great suggestions to make the most if our stay and experience in Athens. Definitely recommend.

Only one thing was disappointing, it’s a description from Booking.com. On the website it promised a complementary bottle of wine, and it wasn’t there. As per hostess, it’s an old advertising what wasn’t removed from Booking.com side.

The apartment is very cozy, decorated with taste. All amenities are available. Even some breakfast products like butter, jam and bread were there. From the balcony you can see the beautiful view of the city. An amazing hostess Caterina-Kristina personally greeted me, and gave me lots of travel tips, related to Athens.

This was a great spot to be out of the touristy area but still close enough to explore all the sight seeing spots by walking. There was lots of great food and convenient stores also. There was great communication with the host and we got some great trips not also about Athens but exploring other parts of Greece. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The bed was also super comfy and the view from the balcony is great.

Sometimes the key was difficult to get in the main building, but no issues really, you just have to play with the door.

Finding the flat is a bit difficult as the roads are a bit confusing but the host will share many pictures and instructions which will help you find it.

Modern, recently renovated, excellently designed - it's very clear the host (Caterina) has put a lot of effort and thought into the amenities at this flat. The flat has everything you need for a short stay in Athens - a relatively easy walk to the metro which gets you from the airport all the way down to the ferry port. The balcony with a nice view of Athens is a great plus! Caterina is an amazing host, she gave us many recommendations for some fantastic food spots (non touristy) and general tips about both Athens and the islands we visited. Great communication and very accommodating, thank you Caterina!

Absolutely loved this apartment, very well cleaned, great location, decorated beautifully. The best part was my host, Caterina, when I reserved this apartment months before I arrived, instantly she was very helpful, with tips on where to go what to do and helped me everyday I was out there, constant communication, making sure I was comfortable and checking if i needed anything, changed my sheets and towels and restocked cupboards for me. I will defintely be staying there again and have recommended it to friends and family.

There’s a great view from the balcony, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the studio is really nice. The property owner is very nice and is always available when there’s a question.
