Privacy: Notice that the balcony is not private, you get your own table and chairs but it's rather a outdoor corridor. Not suitable for someone looking for a privacy, though it's hard to find a place like that at Santorini. Reaching here from the Fira bus station: Getting here on foot with a suitcase wasn't as easy as I thought, taking the normal road is much easier than going through the houses on the cliff side, but the slope is very steep anyway and almost no shade.

Room: Beautiful view from the balcony, room was clean and spacious. Stuff: Lovely people, you really feel you are "welcomed". Supermarket: Small supermarket in 3mins walk where you can buy water, coffee, drinks or snacks. (the room has a electronic kettle and fridge, cups etc) 30mins hike to Skaros rock to enjoy the sunset, 3 hours hike to Oia, both highly recommended.

Steep walk to the hotel but it's the same for every property in the area. Well worth it for the spectacular views.

Stunning views, lovely comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Manos exceeded our expectations. In such a busy and expensive location, it was an oasis of calm. Highly recommended.

The breakfasts were AMAZING, with freshly squeezed juice and a variety of homemade breads and Greek dishes. The location was PERFECT and so access to everything.

The view of the Caldera Cliff is amazing! Having your fresh baked pastries and coffee with the stunning view for breakfast was just like how you imagined staying in Santorini would be like. Value for money is definitely a check. The staff (Jenny, Levine, the room service and kitchen staff) were all very accommodating. Would definitely come back. Manos Small World is like a home with a breathtaking view. Amazing experience.

More plug sockets near the bed would be useful. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

The views from the terrace over the caldera were so beautiful, you don't need to bother going to a rood top bar. Breakfast was homemade and brought to your terrace every morning so that you could eat your breakfast and enjoy the views. Location is great, just below Firostefani Square. There are lots of lovely restaurants at the top of the stairs

The view from our room was spectacular and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We stayed in many places throughout our monthlong trip in Greece and the staff at Manos was the nicest and most accommodating, by far! Especial shout out to Levan (hope I spelled it right) who was so incredibly helpful handling our luggage to and from the hotel (it's a long way down with many steps, typically of Santorini) and assisting us with everything we needed, and always with a smile and joke to make us all feel special. Absolutely loved our stay at Manos Small World!

The rooms smelled a little like sewage at times… yet think it’s the way things are in that part of Greece.

The property was located in a beautiful location.. not easy because of the stairs to get down and up but typical of Santorini… made for an exceptional view. The staff were very attentive… and Laven and Jenny were exceptional… even the woman who cared for the room was very special. The fact that their staff brought up and down the luggage on that really big climb was excellent… Laven the guy who managed it all was super attentive. Even stood with me in the early morning after bringing up my bags so that I would be safe.

The Facilities, rooms, water need immediate upgrade ! One big problems was the water running out during day. Many times I couldn't finish my shower or brush my teeth. Also need a better way to cut off all stairs to get to street.

The Staff are a gems 💎!!! Yenny , Levan, Rinaldaand Ada !!! Are wonderful. They are very professional, always ready to help, and make feel us like home.

It was WINDY! The Hotel said that was outside their reach.

The view was exceptional. The staff was excellent and helped us resolve some problems that came up. These issues were not with the Hotel they but jumped in and helped us They also saved us by carrying our bags 70+ steps straight up the cliff.

Everything was great - if you plan to stay at this location keep in mind that there are steep steps to go up and down daily if you leave your room. Not great for my knees but was warned in advance and really nothing not to like here

The lamps couldn’t be connected beside the bed and there was no sink in the kitchen. Yet there are plates and forks and dishes to be used. It was weird.

The size of the room was big and beautiful, the location with the view was stunning, the breakfast was lovely each morning.

Everything about the property is excellent for our liking. Elderly couples need to be aware of short stair climb. Hotel will carry your luggage if you require. After all, it is Santorini and you can't avoid stairs.

Amazing location with awesome views of the Caldera sunset. Great balcony with private view. Amazing views from inside room, large bedrooms and modern quality shower facilities. Proximity to great restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Great breakfast, included in price.

breakfast could have had a bit more choice. I enjoyed the breakfast on our first morning. On the remaining mornings not so much.

the room was spacious and the view were amazing. We had an amazing time. The staff was also so lovely. Also special thanks to Renalda and the team. They organised a bottle of wine for my husband birthday, such a beautiful suprise.
