The front desk personnel were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. They offered help on the best ATM (to avoid higher fees), local transportation, using the sister property on the beach, local restaurants, etc. We even needed help translating over the phone to go on a horseback and they were more than willing to assist with that. I can't say enough about the customer service! They worked very hard around both facilities and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe and it was easy to get around by foot or taxi. We stayed at the apartments up the street from the beach but it was a short walk. We would stay on the beach next time.

Very nice apartment, comfortable without being lavish. Suited my needs perfectly. The room was cleaned and tidy by the time I got back each afternoon irrespective of the time.

Shower was very small.

It was a comfortable place to stay (very comfy bed!), room slippers were included which we appreciated. Room was very tidy. The receptionist was very friendly, knowledgable, and helped us book a driver to take us to the ferry port at the end of our stay.

The noise from the road is quite loud in the early mornings. The shower leaks on to the floor - it’s not really a problem as it’s built like a wet room, but worth noting.

Very central to both the town and beach. Great restaurants nearby. The bed is comfy, the air con really good and a powerful shower. The staff have been very friendly and helpful with extra nights and left luggage. I was able to chat via WhatsApp with the manager which was brilliant! Good price.

The breakfast at their other hotel - they didn't give us the fruits and day dessert that were supposed to be included and there were 5 of us who ordered the breakfast meal.

Staff were great - very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were ready before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage after check - out.

Location was good near beach and walking into town. Was nice to use the sister property's facilities and towels on the beach for a fee.

they have a beachfront bar 5 minutes ago from the property, however the sunbeds are NOT free for guests, they just have a discount, just wanted to flag because prior reviews say free but not true anymore; but is not a bad thing. the only reason why I don’t give this apartment a 10 is room service. I was staying 2 nights so didn’t mean to have room service according to the hotel guidelines I read. which is totally fine, however when I arrived the second night all my things were moved around; the bed was not made and the towels were not changed (so they didn’t really clean the room) but just moved things around (I had my phone charger next to the bed they put it on the table, I left some clothes on the floor, they picked them up, I left a towel hanging on the bathroom it was now hanging on a chair in the room), it was quite stressful because I couldn’t find my things at first and I don’t see any rational reason why room service would enter the room don’t do the bed or change the towels but move guests things around, very weird. I was leaving the next day so decided to just forget about it since I was not missing anything.

The location is a bit of a walk to the main beach, and it's a bit more away from the main centre. It is walking distance though.

The receptionist Claudia was amazing! Super super friendly and she deserves a raise!! The apartment was also very clean and modern.

Ideal location, only 2 min. walk from the beach and 10 min. from the port. Easy access to everything. Very comfortable beds. Value for money!
