There is a strong ambient smell of smoking in the hotel in all the common areas. It is almost penetrating to the room, which is supposedly non smoking, I had to open the window. WiFi was not very reliable in my room.

I don't think anyone has ever cleaned under the bed... I lost something under it and it wasn't pleasant retrieving it! The bed was a bit hard - but some people like that. Not sure the hotel deserves the bad reviews on here.

Great location, and quiet. Friendly and attentive service from the staff. Rooms small, but it's a budget hotel, great for a bed for the night or two. Breakfast was small and simple but it saw me through to lunch!

- there is no selection for breakfast and what is offered is a nutritional disaster - a ton of sugar and nothing of nutritional value; - the wifi is of a very poor quality, it constantly drops connection, I had to use mobile data all the time.

- the staff is very friendly and helpful; - while the room could use refurbishment, it was better than expected.

I have stayed several times in this hotel and I always receive the same level of accommodation. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel is loclated in a very convenient position in a nice neighborhood. Tou can easily park your car. Easy access to the main avenues and highways.

The neighbourhood is amazing, very quiet, safe and clean. There is a beautiful Crete restaurant in 5 mins walk. Metro station is in 8 mins walk, very far from the city center, but it's obvious. Room is small but nice, warm, but it doesn't have even small refrigerator.

It was dirty, cramped room, NOISY at all hours and they left a window open that allowed mosquitos in so I was bit dozens of times and couldn’t sleep. I got bit and had an allergic reaction in my eye lid. Seriously do not stay here. What you see in the photo is a bed, the was just enough room to get down each side and barely any room at the end, that was it. The bathroom was small also. Full length mirror meant to make the room feel bigger.

I didn’t like there because you could smoke in your room. Hallway smelled like cigarettes and of course the people that worked at the desk smoke in their office. Our bathroom could have been a cleaner. I was not impressed at all but I needed a place close by where I was for 1 night.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. Very comfortable parking outside the hotel. Very close to Marousi downtown and the main highways.

This is a small hotel on a side street in Marousi. I had the pleasure of working at the hotel lobby for 3-4 hours in the afternoon and early morning during my stay. I saw four couples entering the hotel, with no bags; one left after two hours (paid, kissed, off we go). You understand what hotel it is. Other than that, it's dated, the shower door was broken, etc etc.

Very nice location close to main roads, the ATHENS mall and Marousi downtown. The neighborhood is very safe. Very easy to park the car by the hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast was nice enough, provided individually and itvwas composed of preselected elements. The room was clean enough and it was prepared according to the check in timings.

I have been staying here for several years. with family located within easy reach, it has proved ideal. The staff are more than friendly, ready o assist at any time of the day or night. I will most certainly return during my next visit to Athens

I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The bathroom was recently renovated and well done. There was even a small balcony - a nice touch.

There was nothing i didnt like the staff are extremely hard working and nothing is too much.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.The room was very nice with a big balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. The housekeeping was done every day to very high standards. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel, it is exceptional value in an area we needed to be in. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything. Can't wait to come back later in the year. Compliments to the owner/managers.
