Generally not much of a deal but water in the pool was very cold. Some new gym equipment might be helpful and some of them were better to be renewed.

We didn't stay long enough

From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly. The food was excellent ,we enjoyed the Italian dinner night and the staff were especially helpful we enjoyed the Greek evening entertainment. Our room was clean and modern and enjoyed the sunrise in the morning

Service in the bars and restaurant was friendly but very slow at times. Food at buffet restaurant was pretty average (we did not go to a la carte restaurants as only staying a couple of nights).

Stunning location and pool/beach area with views acorss to Turkey. Comfy room - we were upgraded and had a lovely view out over the sea.

Location a little further out than we would have liked however that’s just our preference as prefer to be more central to a livelier town. Pool very cold however beautiful.

Wonderful infinity pool with amazing serene views. Worth getting up to see a fabulous sunrise. Rooms were clean and spacious with nice decor. Breakfasts and lunch really lovely along with good drinks and service at the bars. Evening meal a little repetitive within the biggest restaurant however always a good worth of offer.

The hotel location is so so, always last in the bus stop near the city, very problematic to get a taxi ( as no one is coming to this area you have to order one ) The food is nice, and ok, but I have seen better quality in Greece. The toilet and the bath walls are from glass that is semi transparent, if you want a complete privacy that could be problematic. While people mention that this hotel is great for kids, there is actually no activity or almost nothing for them. Aside from the kids pool. The infinity pool is amazing, but note that the pool is not heated and suited for warm days.

The infinity pool is something that I have never seen. It worth to learn swimming just for that :) The entire vibe is very unique.

The pool was very cold, there's no heating at the pool nor the Spa pool.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff was very kind and polite. The food was various and mostly tasty.

The location is fabulous but it is hard to get into town town. Buses are hourly or less and you need cash. They should try and organize shuttle buses for people to get out of the hotel.

Staff were fantastic. Maria in reception and Demeter and his wife in the restaurant, always had a warm welcome, coffee within minutes and nothing was an issue. The food was amazing for buffet, especially dinner. We traveled with our 2year old boy and they were so kind. Highly recommend. We would definitely return.

Drink . Often the alcoholic drink seemed watered down or unbranded . I wouldn’t have minded paying but there was no Prosecco or actual Baileys for sale . I would have liked to have seen chefs cooking up some of the dishes

Amazing sunrise every morning by the fabulous infinity pool!!! There was perfect temperature in the water,so u could stay there forever.... I loved the food and the employees were very accomodating

too many people that make guests unable to fully exploit the services of the hotel (pool too crowded and no spots available at any time of the day). a 5 star service requires especially a good balance between amount of guests and capacity of the facilities

I had a week of unforgettable holidays with my 15 years old son.The hotel has an infinity pool and a private beach.Staff is very freindly, the hospitality and facilities were outstanding. Special thanks to all of them, expecially the staff outside the restaurant.
