We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. The hospitality of the owners was overwhelming. They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. I would definitely stay again and enjoy the hospitality of this kind, attentive family.

The family who own it were delightful! Tomas picked us up from the port and took us back to port when leaving. Breakfast each morning was very good. Close to beach and restaurants.

Thomas and his parents were very very friendly and made us feel at home when we arrived by taxi he was waiting for us at the entrance and he was so kind to bring us to Skala at the end of the stay.the appartment was very very pitoresque with small nice details. The garden is a small paradise.For sure we will come back

The rooms are clean and spacious, you have a balcony where you can have your breakfast and the complex is located 100m away from the beach. Quiet property with very polite owners who help in every aspect of your staying ( problems quickly solved, nice recommendations, relaxed atmosphere). The breakfast is great, the kitchen also well equipped. Really no negatives. We had a great time!

I have nothing negative to say about this place.

This is a lovely place to stay. Quiet, close to the beach and tavernas, and run by a very kind and committed family. Thomas met me at the port and gave me all the information I needed to orientate myself on the island. They were always available to help and kept the apartment very clean. I stayed for 8 nights but would happily have stayed much longer. Grikos is a great place to base yourself to explore the island. Buses to all the main sites, lovely walks to quiet beaches, and some very delicious and friendly tavernas. I highly recommend staying here.

Patmos Villa absolutely exceeded my expectations. The "studio" consisted of a huge living room with a table a daybed, and a sizable kitchen. There was a lovely large balcony as well, where birds would visit every day. Thomas was an incredible host who was generous enough to let me check out later. My friends stayed in a couple of the other hotels on the street, and Patmos Villas had larger facilities than all of them, I highly recommend it!

Exceptionally helpful and cheerful host, A peaceful Easter location with a short walk to our favourite beach area with 2 excellent restaurants (one a further walk round bay).Tasteful decoration with private balcony & comfortable for family of 3. Lots of scrniv country views. Beach is south facing and sheltered from prevailing winds.

I cannot imagine a better stay or a better accommodation and host.

This property was stunning. It was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable with beautiful views and a wonderfully peaceful ambience. Thomas is the best host I have come across..thoughtful, helpful but never intrusive. My wife and I loved this place so much we did not want to leave and will definitely return. After a week here we feel energized and rejuvenated. Incredible restaurant just a minute away at the nearby beach. A truly ideal location. Anyone who wants to visit lovely Patmos must book an apartment at Patmos Villas.

nothing bad about the property, the little bay of Grikos was beautiful but recommend you book breakfast with Thomas at Patmos villas as there was nowhere really within walking distance to get breakfast out of busy season. Also recommend hiring a scooter or car to travel around and see the most of this beautiful island as there is a lot to see off the beaten track.

Thomas our host was fantastic. He collected us from the port, welcomed us with Greek coffees and biscuits and was super friendly and helpful. the property was amazingly clean and beautifully maintained, the cleaner was brilliant, could have brought her home!

With no nearby market and no drinking water on property, buying bottled water from the tavernas was the only option. This was fine, but a little awkward, so having water available on site would be a nice option.

Cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciated the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. Thomas was extremely helpful and welcoming, going out of his way to offer assistance whenever it was necessary. On our late night arrival by ferry, Thomas was at the port to greet us and secure a taxi to the villas. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning was such a relaxing way to start each day.

Thomas and his family were extremely hospitable. Thomas kindly picked us up from the port and was also kind enough to deliver us back at midnight. villa was extremely quiet and great location to beach and some great restaurants. We loved our stay for 5 days

Everything about Patmos Villas was great! No complaints.

Thomas is a great host who cares so much for his guest. He was at the port in Patmos as late as 10pm to pick us up to the apartment and gave us all the necessary guide we required. His parents were so warmly, provided us with coffee, fruits and drinks to welcome us on the Holy Island. We really felt at home and we will repeat this next year with our friends in a group trip.

This is a family-run property. Thomas welcomed us with an espresso in the lovely shared garden with large shady trees and flowers. The large rooms have all the amenities, making it a great base to stay in for a week. We should have stayed longer. It is very close to the beach and there are several excellent restaurants to choose from. The location is a short drive to the famous Patmos monasteries and other places. The rooms are clean, the garden is awesome and the Grikos area is a well-kept secret.

No bad aspects to mention, everything was very good

The house is very cozy and well cleaned. The space inside is well organized and fresh thanks to all the windows and the possibility to use the air conditioning. The position is perfect, walking distance from the beach and some nice restaurants. There are also two huge parking areas close to the house, perfect if you rent a car. The host has been very friendly and helpful for all our holiday: he helped us for every single problem or question. Last but not least the breakfast was really good and customized on our needs, we loved it!

Thomas is super welcoming! The house is located in a nice and quite village, close to the main Harbor and the Monastery. The room (actually it is an apartment!) is bright (lots of windows, which makes it nicely ventilated) and very well equipped! Functional kitchen, nice terrasse. This place has just everything you need! Together with a super nice host it makes a perfect stay! I would totally go there again! See you next time Thomas!
