Nothing to be honest.

Our first time in Zakyntos and Tsilivi. Much much more than we expected. The studio was big enough and with everything you need, bed sheets, towels kitchen appliances..all clean and tidy. A bottle of vino was waiting for us as a welcome present. The place is close to bars restaurants and supermarket. A beautiful long sandy beach with crystal clear water is 7 minutes away. The owners are very friendly and good people, willing to help and make you feel special. Not much more to say, just a warm recommendation for Plessas Studios.😁

All it was perfect!

I would like to send all our respect and appreciation for Angela and Dennis. All in the room is new (the air conditioner, the refrigerator) and very clean. They arranged everything so that you have all you need (discretion and a good bath) after a hot day among the wonderful contrasts of Zakynthos.💖💋

nothing springs to mind about what I didn’t like. very good value for money and no complaints

the room had everything you could need. the shower was perfect. Dennis and his staff were very hospitable and welcoming. upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and free bottle of hole made wine. They were on hand throughout our stay and assured as that anything we need they would accommodate.

Thank you Dennis and Angela and family for a very beautiful time in Tsilivi! This is really a wonderful quiet place with everything you need and even more in an otherwise very busy and touristic place. We went here as a couple and couldn't be more satisfied. Not only were treated in a very nice and welcoming way, but were also allowed to check-in earlier due to an early flight and could also check-out later due to an evening flight. They gave as a bottle of very delicious self-made wine as a compliment of the house, cleaned our room every day and provided us with fresh towels and sheets every second day. They were always super friendly and happy to have a chat, even though they are of course very busy to make everything as perfect as it was. The room itself has everything you need, from air-condition to a little kitchen with all the tools and utensils you need, a fridge, a TV, a very comfortable bed (we had two single beds combined to one big bed with seperate sheets, which was perfect for us in order to not disturb the other one while sleeping), a very clean bathroom, a wardrobe etc. and a balcony with two chairs and a table. We can totally recommend it and would definitely return. They deserve a 10 out of 10 and we always felt very comfortable. See you next time and all the best for you! :)

It was great and Tasty. I went to Cafe under my room for my morning meal and then later on for a drink very good, nice people. I have stayed there 2 times previous, as have my friends. I’m going again in October 2022.

Nothing, everything was excellent

Apartment very clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. Hosts were very friendly and left us homemade wine which was absolutely beautiful. Location was excellent, wouldn't hesitate to return to these apartment's.

First of all no one was waiting for us at the location, even though we had announced our arrival time! After about 1 hour after arrival we found the owner Mr Dennys on the phone, he made his appearance telling us that he was not informed of any reservation, because they are not the ones who administer the page on Booking...... We had to wait another 1 hour or so for the room to be ''cleaned'' and we were informed that out of the 5 nights we would have to be moved to another room after 2 nights! The cleanliness is very poor, the cupboards are full of dust, the bathroom drain smells of urine, the shower curtain had mould, toilet paper they keep in the cupboard or on the cupboard and it is full of dirt, dust, towels very worn and not very clean the balcony furniture full of dust, the tiles in the room sticky and dirty, the kitchen cutlery still had food on them from previous guests or who knows, maybe from last year's guests! A very noisy location- across the street is a scooter, car and ATV rental office. The ,,cherry on the cake'' on one evening we found a mouse in the room and on the walls both in the room and outside you will find the walls full of Gekko lizards, because there is enough space under the door to fit a BOA snake. The beach is not accessible on foot because the nearest beach is at least 2km away (on Booking it says 750m - that's a BIG LIE) and in 35-40 degree Celsius heat, I don't think anyone wants to go on such a trip, be aware the road from the beach to the studio is sloping..... Very, very, very bad wi-fi! Tv- lose signal and getting freeze I don't know how they scored this place on Booking, but in conclusion I DON'T RECOMMEND this place even to my enemies!

We like being in Zakynthos, but NOT de property! Definietly NO NO NO!
