I booked a last minute room after the weather forced me to change my schedule. The room had simple furnishings but it was spotless, had a fridge, hot pot for coffee, a closet area for clothes, and even small table and chairs. I was not expecting such a large room for the price so this was lovely. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a shared hot tub that I could use which was not expected. I enjoyed being able to sit there and enjoy the lights and caldera view. I also enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning, while the sun was rising, so I got to see Santorini “fall asleep” as well as “wake up.”

Cleaning the cups is not part of the services. You have to do it by yourself in sink where you wash your hands, which means you can use only water. I would expect from hotel to clean/ change cups as well. One recommendation - It would be great to have curtain in shower, so the floor in bathroom stay dry.

I loved the location as well as common area where are 2 whirlpools with amazing view and places to sit or lay down. The bed was comfortable and place was clean. I liked communication as well. I got all the information fast and clear.

Actually we had booked the Honeymoon suite with private hot tub and caldera view , but when we reach the location there were no such room available for us and the staff gave us the option of cancellation of booking with full refund or only 5% reimbursement and take the room whatever left. unfortunately we had no where to go so took whatever they gave. They gave us good room with great view without hot tub but not the one we booked. Staff are good but very unprofessional way of management

we choose a suite with the caldera view and we did in fact had a view on the caldera, the view was amazing, however they should have said it was only a partial view of the caldera. we were hoping to see the sun set from our bedroom, to be honest, if we knew it was only a partial view, we would not have booked this room.

the hotel is hard to find so they are sending someone to meet you somewhere and help you with the bags which was truly helpful. clean room, amazing view

My wife and I had a superb stay at Prime Suites for our wedding anniversary. It was in a central location with a room which looks out to the blue dome church. The staff were very helpful with providing tourist information and support with medicine during our stay. Special mention to the porter who went above and beyond to support with our luggage. I hoped that we would be allowed to check-in ahead of schedule which was not possible due to availability however there was some allowance at check-out. Our review would have been rated as exceptional had there been the extra mile goodwill gesture to make us feel special on our wedding anniversary despite the decline to pay any additional service.

The location is perfect being so close to the centre of Oia and to some of the must see spots of Oia. The suites are very comfortable and the views are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We were on the first level and the amount and condition of the stairs was very bad. It was very tiring going up and down the stairs. Persons with disabilities or older people will have a hard time.

The view from our room was breath taking. Just like the pictures. The common area and sauna were very clean and a nice way to cool down.

it’s a shame it doesn’t have a pool. It was not possible to view the sunset from our suite, although that did not spoil our stay.

We loved the village of Oia, and the accommodation at Primes Suites surpassed our expectations. We booked a double with sofa bed and were allocated a beautiful cave style suite, complete with outdoor jacuzzi and fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding cliffs. A complimentary bottle of wine was also left for us in the room, which was another welcome surprise. The reception staff were polite and helpful, as were the staff who carried our heavy suitcases to the property from the taxi along so many steps, many of the quite slippery. We were only at Prime Suites for a night, and so wished we’d had longer. Hope to return again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

There are few things that I think can be improved, or would be good to know for some people - but mostely it is not something that would ruin your stay - and maybe can be asked from the staff. For people who have troubles with climbing up and down the steep and narrow steps I would reccomend asking if there is a room in the top - I was in the bottom of the hill - it took some energy and strenght. I think kitchen could have few more things - I had no spoons/forks/knives or plates - just glasses and cups. (Maybe you can ask from them). There was also a kettle and fridge, no stove of any kind. Bathroom is a little claustrofobic - it could be fixed with better lightning. Terrace is shared, which is ok for me, but at this time of the year there was noone around me, it was very quiet around.

Terrace had a nice view, I got the room I reserved. It was comfortable and clean, staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms are very light and terrace is spacious. It seemed to me it was not good location, but when I understud Oia layout, it was actually really good - close to everything important. There are cute hot tubs with the view in the main terrace that can be used by anyone, but at this time of the year they were not working - you could use them but the water is cold. They were clean anyway. If this is important to you, check with them when they will start working (I guess not the same problem in the summertime).

we wanted an indoor hot tub, when we messaged here it said not available however on getting there it was , we stayed in the budget room and changed room the next night onwards . the host lady was kind and told us the hot tub water isn’t so hot but the room and bathroom was much much better compared to room we were in earlier . so we paid extra and took it . because we were staying for 5 nights in Santorini. the bathroom shower gave us hot water only on the first night . the animal dung was part of the island lifestyle maybe ? 😀

we had our own privacy and the host lady was really nice and kind . we really liked the honey moon suit compared to the previous room which was the only room available on this application .
