We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous family-run hotel. The location is amazing- a 15 minute walk from Parikia town, but completely worth it for the beautiful views and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel has a spectacular pool and garden area, including a bar so that you can enjoy a cocktail by the pool. We found our room very comfortable, exceptionally clean and we loved waking up every morning to the beautiful sea views from our window. There was a great selection for breakfast including lovely fresh breads, fruits and yogurt. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and they take great care to make sure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. We felt so relaxed and at home here, we just wish we could have stayed longer! I hope we can return one day, thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Paros!

This property was clean & comfortable. (Bed was so good) Easy access to main shopping area. The outdoor area is really lovely and great to come back to after a hot day out. Breakfast was lovely and fresh.

Not much to be upset about! If you don’t like walking hire an ATV (in advance) or a car! But we really enjoyed the walk!

A seriously beautiful property just outside of Parikia. Effie was absolutely lovely and accomodating! We walked into town every day for a bit of exercise and it was only a 20 min walk with some lovely restaurants along the way! We really liked Ephesus! But EVEN BETTER was Yemeni wine restaurant in Naousa (make sure you book in) potentially the best meal we’ve EVER had you must get the cheese pie!!! Anyway, more about THIS property (oops) the breakfast was lovely and fresh and the pool was divine !

The rooms are basic (but comfortable) The shower could have been better. I would also suggest these two improvements: 1) introduce a sign giving guests the options of "do not disturb" or "please clean room" (perhaps could be written on a stone that guests can put outside the door) 2) put a message inside the room offering the option to keep the towels rather than changing them every day. This would help the environment and save the hotel money and time too

The location was great. We only stayed one night but you can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Our host was very helpful setting us up with a taxi for our transfer and arguing (on our behalf) with an unscrupulous “taxi” driver who charged us too much for the initial transfer to Roses.

Honestly couldn't say more great things about Roses beach and its wonderful hosts. From the spectacular views, gorgeous pool and outdoor area, clean and comfy rooms and most importantly the warm and welcoming hosts. I had the best time and felt so at ease as a single traveller at this location. It was also very close to town so easy trip into Parikia or quick trip to Naoussa or Lefkes for something different. Would highly recommend and look forward to repeat trip hopefully again soon!

The best hotel to stay on the island. Go to Roses Beach and have fun. The pool is amazing and the mojitos made up by the owner are the best on the island. Amazing breakfast. The hotel is attended by the owner. 5 stars. They have the best customer service ever, they are kind and very attentive!!

The toilet seat didnt appear to be fitted correctly so as soon as you sat down, the lid fell down. Also the bathroom door didnt close which is not great. We walked from the port to the property, took us about 20 mins but BEWARE, the hill up to the property is steep, I am fit and struggled to pull my 23kg case in the blistering heat.

Lovely modern hotel - very clean and loads of space. We had a small terrace outside which had a sofa and a table which were lovely to sit at. The pool was small but adequate, with great views to the beach. There is a little pool bar and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely - loads of fresh fruit, ham, cheese and bread.

OMG what can I say this little boutique hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, it was so quiet, peaceful, and felt like we were staying with friends rather than a hotel. About 7 min walk from the hotel to the beach in Parikia. It is uphill, however there is a little cut through which takes you away from the main road, and we managed it even with our cases. Our room was quite small to others we had stayed at, but again perfect for us. We stayed on the ground floor with our own patio overlooking the amazing pool and views of the bay. No hairdryer in room, but asked at reception and was given one for the duration of our stay. The buffet breakfast is fab, delicious local yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, bread and cereal. Efi and the team were amazing, always available if needed, welcoming and gave us lots of great information and recommendations, even for our onward journey island hoping. As a couple we don't normally return to any hotel as we love to experience new places. Roses Beach Hotel will almost be an exception to our rule as we loved everything about it. Hopefully see you soon Efi.

Great facilities and amazing view. Every morning you wake up refreshed once you see the incredible outlook. It is a little walk into town for restaurants and the like but if you want that and the quiet that comes with it this is the perfect place.

Great hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, fresh continental breakfast. The hotel pool and surrounding grounds were wonderful, the little touches such as swinging chair in one corner, a hidden hammock in another area and pergolas around a clean pool was so lovely and relaxing. As for the view, it's something I'll never forget.
